Proximity to Edinburgh airport, free shuttle service to the airport in the morning. Staff was friendly and efficient; room was spotlessly clean.
While a fan was provided and the window opened a bit, it was very warm with no air conditioning. In addition, the toilet in our room seemed to plug up at the drop of a hat; no plunger available in the room.

Perfect for a stop over. Walkable distance from the airport, very comfortable beds, great service. The gym is impressive and the good is great.
There is no jaccuzi, it's an area of the pool which has jets but the water is not warm so don't get your hopes up! The sauna is ok. Book well ahead for the spa, I was really looking forward to a massage but they were fully booked for days.

Friendly efficient reception, surprisingly nice room (#361).
Tried to get a seat at the dining room at 6.30pm, only to be curtly told there was “no room at all” for us! Given the location/ lack of nearby dining, shouldn’t you look after your guests?
