Location
Toilet took 6-10 flushes to work.Pool was not opened until 9.Wanted to have a 20 minute swim,asked when the pool closed was told 9:00.Went in the pool and was told to get out in 10 minutes! My daughter has to eat gluten free, there is not enough variety on your menu.Also breakfast had gluten free bread but no toaster.Gluten free eaters shouldn’t share appliances.

Reception staff and cleaning staff were good
The restaurant staff were not interested in serving me. I wanted half a bottle of water and got a full bottle. They had run out, but another customer got half a bottle. I will think again if I need a hotel at Edinburgh airport

No options for early morning breakfast if checking out before 6 am, restaurant menu is quite restricted, ok for one night but not great if staying for multiple nights and no options to get snacks / drinks other than from the bar who charged £5.70 for a pint of Pepsi that was more ice than Pepsi.

The room was very big price very good
the pool was dirty at the botton were the metal stairs are and the pool in not very deep. Also the staff in reception need training and restaurant waiters . there is not allergens key at the menu if you ask the waiter he pass his responsibility to the manager . the famous sentence "I don't know , ask the manager " follow by pointing him whit the finger . The receionist keep me 20m while her alone was in a call whit a customer I saw manager there like hiding in the back no helping to get the 15 person line to speed up . I ask her to book a taxi for tomorrow she point like I look like a qr code to order the taxi my self . normally that is her job to organize customers need like that one .4 star hotel shoud do . most of the staff was unmotivated don't know due to excessive workload or something else but that shoud not be transferred to me .

Great location near the airport with convenient connections to the city center. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. A big plus is the pool, which offers a perfect way to relax after a busy day.

The pool was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, but we didn’t discover you could open the window until the morning we were leaving. This would have given better ventilation had we known.
The airport shuttle took awhile to get to the hotel so we walked to the airport. The good news is that it was only about a 10 minute walk

More the food - I had “haggis” for a starter in the restaurant but it tasted and felt more like mince. I didn’t enjoy it. The mashed/pureed potato was lovely though!
