Breakfast was great. Had a nice evening meal too. Loved the cookies on arrival.
Bathroom was a bit dated. The hand lotion bottle was empty.

The location was good, the room size was great and the breakfast was good. The leisure facilities were great too. Close to the bus and tram stops too.
Room was quite dusty, there was mould around the bath panel and the rooms weren’t made up every day. I’m not talking change of bedding but making the beds, topping up yea and coffee facilities etc and cleaning the room.

Hotel was clean and well positioned for what we needed. The pool was good for the kids and the gym was decent.
The room wasn’t great. Beds uncomfortable, with creaking springs every time we moved. We asked for the toilet to be fixed (as the seat wasn’t attached), to be told maintenance would visit it. When we returned, our door was left ajar, which was a more than a little worrying. When we complained we were told that maintenance didn’t actually go to our room and housekeeping had left our door open.

Very close to airport, excellent location! The pool area was great and staff in leisure centre excellent.
No complementary tea, coffee and pastries in reception before breakfast time as stated on website which would have been great for a family on a very early morning flight. Staff couldn’t let you know when next shuttle bus to airport was or what time the last one had been, not great at that time of morning as most people don’t have 20 mins spare when travelling and need an idea of wait time to plan a taxi or walk to terminal.
