The receptionist when we arrived was really lovely and helpful - we arrived late after a 5 hour drive with two kids, one who is autistic and she went out of her way to help make this easy checking in including helping with parking.
When we got to the room it had two queen beds. One bed was covered in fluff and hair - as though the previous guest only used one bed but likely sat on the second and had items on its - but the bed wasn’t changed. It was so late and we were knackered so we didn’t request it to be changed as under the sheets were ok but I would have expected more from Hilton and cleanliness is a massive factor in why I choose places. We then went to make a cup of tea, opened the kettle to find a bottle of used moisturiser inside

Nothing stood out positively—aside from the good location.
This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. There was excessive noise from other guests throughout the night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. I eventually had to go downstairs to report the noise in person, only to find that no one was at the front desk. I waited over 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. Unfortunately, the noise didn’t stop until around 1 a.m.
If you’re looking for a place to rest with reliable customer service, this is not the hotel for you.

Room and comfort was fine
Breakfast choice was not value for money and staff slow to respond with detailed answers to questions. For example I was not told that I had to wait outside for the airport shuttle and missed the bus. It could have cost me my flight.
