Stayed the night before we flew to Italy.
We were upgraded on arrival and offered a warm cookie which was a nice surprise.
The room was lovely and clean and although we were leaving too early for breakfast we could have a quick coffee before we left. Shuttle bus to airport terminal was easy.

check in easy, room was nice and comfortable
tv did not work very well, had poor picture, it was blurry and hard to see, and eventually picture went off completely and only had the voice working. We notified the front desk. We were very tired, so just went to sleep.

Close to airport has everything bar restaurant buffet breakfast gym pool
Gym opens at 8 am on weekends food was not of same standard as Double tree Hilton Glasgow

Excellent location- walking distance to the terminal so perfect for an early morning flight.
We had chosen it specifically because it had a swimming pool so we were very disappointed that the pool was shut due to someone being ill in it and insufficient staffing.

We did have an issue where the door handle of the batjroom broke and my husband got locked in there for 45 mins on the alst day meani g we were unable to have time for the spa as we had planned. They got him out eventually ..

Hotel room was great and really comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff especially one lady at the front desk were very welcoming and nice.
I think the leisure facilities area needs a little spruce-up/modernising and the pool/changing room area cleaned more regularly.
