Arrived after a very long flight in late evening to a warm welcome. It was a short walk from the terminal. Rooms were super quiet, comfy bed, great shower and clean facilities. Really nice varied breakfast in the morning. Loved the pool in the morning for some water therapy! Staff were all lovely.

the location is great, we just took a walk from the airport. we didn’t use it but there’s a free shuttle bus. room was clean
pillows were not comfortable - too stiff and big, couldn’t sleep on them. the walls are quite thin but fortunately we didn’t have loud neighbors

We always stay here for all our flights we especially enjoy the pool, sauna and steam room.
Food is good although the veggie burger looked like something out of Iceland was bland and wasn’t worth what we paid for the meal everything else was excellent.
Staff are very friendly and always welcome you back and very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

Staff were friendly and let us drop off our luggage when we arrived early.
We booked because of the proximity to the airport, the swimming pool and the quality you associate with a Double Tree. However, the pool only had cold showers, the beds were very small, there was no fridge in the room and in the morning we noticed a large stain underneath the duvet. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to raise this with the staff as we had to check out very early. At close to 300 Euros a night this was a terrible stay.

The food was ok and the staff did give cookies to the kids when we found out that the swimming pool was out of order
We were not informed in advance that the swimming pool was out of order. We were missold the insite facilities. We cut our stay short as a result of the swimming pool issue but we did not receive compensation for the day we did not stay. Disappointing customer service.
Noisy cleaners since around 6am, waking up the kids.

It reminded me of the old Hilton atmosphere, so at first I felt at ease. I have been a loyal and regular guest of the Hilton brand for the past 20 years.
Unfortunately, the constant sense of corner cutting, combined with staff who were hesitant in communication, at times unhelpful, and in some cases openly rude, completely ruined the experience for me. The overall attitude felt dismissive, defensive, and lacking any accountability.
What made it worse was that after I posted a negative Google review, I received a call at 9pm on my final night offering the robe and flip flops that I had been told were unavailable throughout my stay. That felt less like service recovery and more like an afterthought, and frankly quite insulting.
It is a real shame to see such a well established brand undermined by poor management and questionable hiring standards.
