Although bus shuttle was available every 15-20 minutes, it was a 5 minute walk on blacktop sidewalk to the Doubletree. Also, the city Tram is along the path to the model, a bonus for trips downtown. Best location ever. Good breakfast.

Close to airport and timely shuttle service. Good restaurant.
We parked our rental car in parking lot just outside of hotel. I told at check in we had a car and would be returning to car rental after putting our bags in room and were told that would be okay. Upon returning home I received a ticket for parking less than an hour for 100 pounds.

Nice location. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Plus, coffee captules and water bottles for both of us
Only one staff member to book people in. Took a while! The water to the sink in the bathroom was lukewarm at best - not great to shave in tepid water. The breakfast is really poor quality with a distinct lack of healthy options. The eggs were rubbery. Could do so much better.

evening meal - an option to include a side order of seasonal green vegetables is needed on the menu
didn't like having to purchase a breakfast pack to go for our early flight. when we paid for a breakfast we couldn't use
the shuttle bus dropped us a long way from our terminal and the walk was not totally undercover

Have stayed there quite a few times and always good airport hotel.
We had a very poor room, ground floor, noisy, next to office rooms and overlooking mobile linen store which was very noisy……. For £570 2 nights !

We have stayed at this hotel before so knew the location and it was perfect for what we needed.
We had lukewarm water in the shower in the morning but when reported to reception they didn’t seem interest and dismissive of the situation.

Location, lobby area was nice
Rooms are outdated, feels dirty and dusty, the sewage system in both our rooms didn’t work and we couldn’t use the sink and shower properly.
Lucky for us it was a very short stay, but I would never go back there ..

The meal we had was excellent , first class. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Early morning the corridor from our room to reception did have a small amount of litter and a few discarded trays outside rooms. Obviously left by uncaring guests.
