We had a spacious clean room with a fast Wi-fi. The room had a heater, so there was warm. The host was hospitalable and adviced us several attractions to visit. Also breakfast was very palatable.

What an absolute gem of a find!! Lovely staff! We absolutely loved the gentleman of the house, very friendly and very helpful
Our room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was amazing! Good choice and was delivered to the room. This allowed us to eat/get ready for the day at our own pace. (Great for teenagers who take forever to get ready)
The ccommodation is a 2 minute walk away from bus stop with regular busses available.
I will be stealing their idea of grey facecloths for makeup removal
I will be looking for vacancies here before anywhere else on future Edinburgh stays!

Great location and access to the city and surrounds. Room and bathroom was very clean. Great breakfast options and handy onsite parking.
The walls aren't very sound proof. I had a noisy neighbor who liked to come back late and get up early, making phone calls when he did. I got to hear it all. One of the other guests actually pulled him up on the noise but it does easily carry.

It was so sweet, everything clean, great breakfast - I did promise to confirm I was eating much better than home Great view, enough space, very good and relatively fast direct connection to the center with the bus (stops at both Royal Mole and Princess Street).
