Disappointing
The location of the room was great, and the room facilities were quite sufficient except for the small bed. However, having KFC and McDonald’s right below our room, with their ventilation systems facing our window, completely ruined the experience. The entire room and all our clothes smelled like fried chicken for two days. Without this smell issue, I would have easily given it 5 stars — but because of this awful experience, it dropped to 2. I would definitely stay here again, but only after those restaurants move out!

The location is close to the station. The staffs are nice.
The shower room is open & slippery while the water is not strong enough. The bathroom’s door can’t be closed either. The bed is too small.
And it will be more convenient if the luggage can be stored onsite for early check-in or check-out.

Location was convenient to most events we attended. Apartment had two bathrooms for two couples and enough room in the living space.
Four flights of stairs (lift only goes to two of them) with a sprained ankle. One bedroom really small with double bed. Very hot in apartment when warm out.

Fantastic location. Good communication but difficult after hours( we had a little issue with our lock after 5 pm) but great follow up next morning
Stairs. My husband had a recent knee injury and although it says lift the lift doesn't start u til after you've gone up 20 odd stairs

The location was great. Very close to Tran and Waverley Station.
You had to climb about 30-40 steps up the stairs to the first floor. From there you can take a lift but it wasn’t working. To get to our room was over 80 steps!! Going down with our luggage was harder than going up.

It was easy to get in, and instructions were great. Because of our arrivals and departure times, we didn't get to interact with staff, but everything was clear on the instructions e-mail we got.
The room was great for two people. They had all the appliances needed.

Great central location. Bathroom and shower modern, clean and easy to use.
The entrance door, hall and stairway were all very grubby and in desperate need of a coat of paint. The apartment was clean inside, though. The 'kitchen' was only equipped at a very basic level and the glasses were out of my reach, way above my head. The double bed was narrow.

I requested early check-in many days before arrival, and I was told that they would make a note of it and try to accommodate, although they could not guarantee it. I subsequently notified them that I was arriving early and reminded them to release the code if the room was ready. They said they would try to accommodate me if the room was ready - but could not guarantee it would be free. On arrival, another guest let us into the building foyer and we went up to our floor checked the unit door. All was quiet and it seemed as if the unit has been cleaned since no cleaners were there. We called Destiny to see if they could give us an early check-in and release the code. They said the room wasn’t ready. We stood in front of the room for an hour and waited for someone to come to “clean the room,” but the only person who came (at 2:45) was a manager who (wasn’t no particular hurry to assist us – filled his vape, drink his Coke, and then worked on his phone to release the code so that we could get in. To make a long story short, the room was perfectly ready and clean. We were compelled to wait in the hallway unnecessarily and in essence, they lied to us. The room was ready when we arrived and they could’ve let us in. But they were rude and wouldn’t do it. It was not welcoming Scottish hospitality; it was more like an Eastern European Gestapo. Also, although the room was adequate, there was constant loud fan blowing from just outside the window. There are multiple air conditioning units/generator boxes affixed to the building just yards from this unit’s windows. They operate nonstop and they are noisy. It was hard to get to sleep.

Listening to the loud ac units outside the windows all night while trying to sleep.
Only a double bed, plenty of space for a bigger bed.
