Easy to walk everywhere - very responsive staff (washing machine was broken and they had same day service fix it)
Very loud all night. Heavy trafficked street with siren blaring all night. Shower never got beyond lukewarm which was very disappointing.

The castle view room double was great. The view was excellent! We were only up one flight so the stairs were not an issue. The bed closed off with sliding doors, so the early bird did not disturb whoever slept in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Although there was an nespresso machine and they provided tea for the machine, there was no coffee provided - definitely would have been nice to have coffee. No bottled water provided either - which would have been nice to have upon arrival

The apartment was exactly as shown and the location was spectacular! Steps away from the heart of the city and any bus stop needed. Almost everything was a 20 minute walk. The code entry was brilliant, we didn't have to hold onto a key. The staff were wonderful.

Location was perfect, we were able to walk to many of the activities in the area. The view was awesome with Edinburgh Castleright across the street. The apartment was very clean.
We had to climb 2 flights of stairs even though we had a first floor apartment. No elevators in the building. Beds were not comfortable, need to be updated to higher end mattress. Lastly the bath tubs were extremely slippery when wet. We had to be very careful not to fall while taking showers. Perhaps invest in some non-skid bath mats for the tub. Also no wash cloths were provided.

The property is in a fantastic location, close to the Monument and Old Town—everything is just around the corner. The view of the castle from the property was amazing, and overall, we had a great stay.
The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage all the way up. It can be a bit tiring, especially with heavy bags.

Being close to historic Edinburgh. Having view of Castle from the common area. And the common area was excellent for 6 people. Room for more. Kitchen was good and having a washer/dryer was great.
We didn't realize it was a 4 story walk up. Tough for friends who packed a lot and unfortunate if you forget something.

We had a lot of room, kitchen was well stocked. Very clean, big bathroom. Location had a grocery store and bank right next door. We loved Rose Street just one block away with numerous bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from airport.
No elevator but it was ok for us, we only had couple of suitcases. I think a couple of luggage racks would be nice.

Fantastic location and views of the Castle. It was clean and spacious completed with high end furnishings and equipment. Close to transport routes, perfect as a base for exploring the city and relaxing after a long day of walking. We stayed in room 1 on the first floor. The staff were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
Can be a bit noisy as on a Main Street but I live on a main road at home so it didn’t bother me.
