It's nice and large.
Laundry in kitchen
Didn't like that there was an extra fee to to access extra blankets.
Only 1 bathroom, but that was fine for us.

Exactly as billed. Staff also provided luggage storage which was quite helpful. Very centrally located. Access was via key code, very helpful for multiple groups on different schedules!
Street noise, but that's not anything the company can fix.

Excellent location! Recently updated 2 bedroom/2 bath flat with a pull out in the living room. Digital entry to both building and unit door very convenient. Flat was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen if you would like to prepare a meal and eat in at the lovely 6 person dining room table.
No lift, so be prepared to move luggage up and then down 6 flights of stairs. Reservation was made and paid for 1 adult and 4 children. At the time of check-in, fees were added for bedding for the pull out in the living room. No a/c and the windows only open a tiny amount, so difficult to keep the flat comfortable temperature wise.

Good enough location, although I wish I got a room at the Hanover apartment which is better location. Overall quiet but people/cara do come at night as late as 1am, just pass by your window. Very loud. Facility is very clean, modern, updated! Bathroom is nice and clean , shower is great, warm and sufficient water flow. Washing machines is the main reason we booked here! Dish washer too. Fridge and oven. But no microwave :)
1, If you have 3 people such as 2 adults with a kid, and was booking this room thinking there is a sofa bed, you are not 100% right. There is a 15pounds charge PER NIGHT , NOT Per STAY, for using the extra lien and bedding for the sofa bed. So if you want to sleep on the sofa bed without any quilts , you can. But if you want to use it as a bed not a sofa, there is extra charge.
2, didn’t notice the charge mentioned above when I booked it, assuming like all other places (like the one we stayed in London), if there is a sofa bed, the bed has beddings included. So we tried sqeeze 3 people on that bed, as I confirmed in advance and was told it is a king, but maybe it is a British size king…it looks like a queen to us. Definitely not the king is our house (from California)…. So it is really small. Second day I am thinking about paying for the 15pounds per night, but since I totally stay for 3, I texted them asking if I would only be charged for 2 nights instead of 3, no answer. So I decided not to risk, still just squeezed all on the small bed. The way they do it is the liens are in the room in a bag in the closet but there is a seal on the handle. If you open it, you break the seal. That’s why I want to confirm how many nights I will be charged but couldn’t get an answer that day.
Ultimately I decided to sleep on the small bed for all my 3 nights. Which is very tight. Loved Edinburgh, but my husband said should booked Marriott residence inn nearby.
3, no AC. My husband felt hot every night. I feel very comfortable temperature wise. Didn’t bother me at all.
4, communication is a bit slow.
5, We are on ground floor. It is noisy and window lock was damaged when we arrived. I requested higher floor when I booked it but was told this will be the only room fits us…I assume has the sofa bed…but not a bed without paying more. I feel 15 pounds per stay will be very reasonable but per night, think if you stay 7 night….

Location and spaciousness of the unit. Two bedrooms were a blessing.
No elevator/lift was a bit rough but was very clearly mentioned prior to booking.

Clean, modern, great amenity, comfortable, well equipped. Location is great. Walking distance to the new town with shops and restaurants nearby. It was an easy 10 min walk from the waverly train station. Yet the street is quiet. We slept so well at night.
I would rent this place if I were to live in Edinburgh for an extended period. I just love this place!
No elevator but we traveled light so it’s not a big deal.

hosts great and kept our luggage until able to get into room. The apartment is great but wish there was a lift as we were located on the top floor. Also just a wish but would have liked 2 bedroom better with 2 bathrooms (that's on us because knew this at booking)

It was a clean modern flat and very comfy for a family of four. It was in a good location easy to walk to Old Town and the sites. Close to restaurants.
Missed the part for laundry had to bring your own detergent.

Location
Internet speed was unfortunately disappointing and very slow, running at just 2mbps. I would have hoped in today's advanced technological world that speeds of 20mbps would have been provided given the premium paid per night. I had to use personal hotspot from my phone to ensure the firestick worked on the TV without buffering.
I did book late, but it was disappointing parking was not available on site, this was advertised but only after booking was I informed that the car park close to the apartment was full and redirected to the public parking a 20 min walk away.

The flat was spotless with super comfy beds and everything in mint condition. The location was quiet (New Town) but close to everything we needed. I will be staying at that flat again if I return to Edinburgh: we loved it !
There was nothing we didn't like ! The only thing I can think of is that the place would be even better with a few kitchen basics: some salt and pepper, some olive oil (maybe) but this is a minor detail. Nothing else was missing: there was tea, coffee and sugar. Even a few cookies.

The location was so good ~ in New Town and close to Princes Street, Waverly Station and within easy walking distance to the castle. There was a small grocery coop nearby and many different restaurants and shops in the area.
The apartments were quite spacious and it was nice to have basic cooking facilities. The building itself was quiet, so we didn't hear movement or noise from the other guests/tenants.
The very heavy interior doors that closed automatically.

Wonderful
The unit was everything i had hoped for and expected. Location is very good, in New Town. Beds were comfortable, showers very good. I appreciate that we were able to drop off our bags close to the unit. That was key since we arrived in town early in the morning. Since we had six people in our group we rented two units. That worked out well.
Not much. I found it odd to have a door separating the kitchen/living space and also that you had to prop open the doors to keep the from closing. We found that one other place we stayed so I expect that it no unusual.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Edinburgh, but still quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the big windows and cozy living room.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
