We were in the top floor flat which had high ceilings and was very spacious. We knew about the lack of a lift and it wasn't a problem for us. Good storage options inside the flat and the kitchen had modern appliances and was well maintained. Complimentary coffee and tea were good. The host was easily contactable and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. The luggage store on the last day was very useful too. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Location wise was good for us with just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride to the centre of the new town. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Just a small suggestion, could do with better blinds in the bedroom to shut out more light in the mornings.

Location and size were excellent. We had a ground floor apartment. Only issue is the street noise, but the bedroom was at the back and quieter.

A bit noicy from traffic. (We are not used to this, but one has to expect that in a big city).

Great location, just a short walk from the heart of it all. Spacious and comfy for four. Intermittent traffic noise, but nothing the fan in main room or fan app in the primary bedroom couldn't mask. Firm beds (a plus for me!)
There was a small hiccup with check-in instructions, but I reached out the morning of our booking and got things resolved in a couple hours

Great location. We were lucky to be on the ground floor so very easy to get our cases in and out. Had heaps of space and plenty of amenities.
Bed was slightly uncomfortable a bit thin. Luggage storage is also down a flight of stairs so a little inconvenient but we were very happy it was there as we couldn't check in earlier.

Great sized apartment with plenty room. The kitchen is well enough equipped to make simple meals. The situation is perfect for the Westend.
Although just really nit picking, would like larger towels in the bathroom, they were a bit too small, even for an average person. An option for a firmer pillow would be the icing on the cake.

Lovely clean spacious rooms with added extras you dont usually get with self catering.
Ideal location near to Haymarket station but still In walking distance to all the attractions.
Friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble.

From start to finish, everything was superb! The accommodations were spacious, clean. And well stocked. The staff were extremely friendly too. I couldn'tbe happierwith the stay. Staying at the Distillers House just made our trip to Scotland even better thanweimagined. Thanks again to the staff!! .
