The place was well spaced, nice tall ceilings so felt spacious. Plenty of storage. The shower was great, good temp and power. Handy kitchen. Good pillows. The hive heating system meant the place was nice and warm when we arrived and easy to control the thermostat. We used the luggage storage room twice and it was nice and secure. Super handy to use the tram to get to the airport. Double lined blinds helped to keep light and draft out.
You could feel the springs in the mattress, it needs to be replaced or a decent topper added. The bedroom door needs oiling as it makes a lot of noise when opening and closing it in the night time. There were no ordinary teabags left, just green tea and coffee. The sofa seemed a bit narrow, would be nice to have a cushioned stool to rest your feet/legs on. It made chilling on the sofa uncomfortable. The rug in the lounge could do with a clean.

The unit was very large, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient to most attractions. It included a kitchen stocked with utensils and dinnerware.
A privacy curtain between the bedroom and living area would make it easier for one person to be up and around while the other was sleeping.
It was a bit difficult to locate the first time, and not having any staff at the property was unusual.

LOVED the location, the ease of access. The apartment was lovely, spacious, well cared for, beautiful big windows. Loved the shower too.
The only thing I have anything negative to say about is the bed. You could feel some springs, it wasn't the most comfortable. Even a pillow top between the mattress and the sheet would make a difference.

Lack of parking and I believe I asked about this ahead of time. The discount we got for the second d day was nice but given we could not get into the unit until after the office was closed, we were not able to take advantage of that discount for the first night

Shower was nice. Whole bathroom was nice. Kitchen was functional. Location was good-ish. Easy to check in.
Location was a bit far away and parking was complicated to set up plus a 20 minute walk with luggage to and from. One of the rooms was very dark at night but the other had bright lights shining in all night, even with curtains drawn. They were stingy on coffee and tea, leaving only enough for each person to have one (we were 3 people staying for two days and the coffee lasted 1 day). Beds weren't very comfy and there was hardly enough sitting space in the living room for 3 people.

Beautiful building very tastefully decorated. The apartment was lovely comfortable and clean.
Parking wasn’t easy which was disappointing. Only one toilet and no mirror in living room bedroom
