Spacious and full of historic character and charm! Very comfortable. The shower was amazing!
Wished windows could have opened more. We had an issue with the bedroom blinds but it was fixed quickly.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including pots and pans and dishes to do our own cooking. There was even a dishwasher and washer/ dryer in the unit. They provided some coffee and tea as well. We appreciated the roominess of the place.
It would have been nice to have some salt/ pepper in the room. But that is so minor!

Great location, and remarkably easy check in/out process.
Photos did not depict the unite we stayed in. Thought we’d be staying in a warm wood interior brightly lit apartment. Instead we were in a below grade unit with “king beds” that weren’t actually king beds.

The property is in a great location and allows for easy walkability to many shops and restaurants. It was easy to access our room and we felt safe the entire time. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I appreciate the availability of baby equipment that made our stay even better.

The apartment was very beautiful, with a great location. It was clean and quiet, and we really liked everything. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and there was a place where we could leave our luggage after check-out. We truly recommend this place.
The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no salt in the kitchen.

Really close to bus stops and easy to reach to different places. The hotel is spacious and clean.
The toilet doesn’t flush very well; it feels like there’s a water pressure issue.

Very clean and modern apartment with comfortable beds. We stayed in two bedrooms apartment which was comfortable travelling with bigger family. Check in was very smooth. Location is not too far main attractions- walkable distance. Definitely would stay again and recommend for others.
Windows were to the street so you could here a little bit cars and trams, not too bad in bedrooms, because they had additional glass to prevent sounds.

The place was well spaced, nice tall ceilings so felt spacious. Plenty of storage. The shower was great, good temp and power. Handy kitchen. Good pillows. The hive heating system meant the place was nice and warm when we arrived and easy to control the thermostat. We used the luggage storage room twice and it was nice and secure. Super handy to use the tram to get to the airport. Double lined blinds helped to keep light and draft out.
You could feel the springs in the mattress, it needs to be replaced or a decent topper added. The bedroom door needs oiling as it makes a lot of noise when opening and closing it in the night time. There were no ordinary teabags left, just green tea and coffee. The sofa seemed a bit narrow, would be nice to have a cushioned stool to rest your feet/legs on. It made chilling on the sofa uncomfortable. The rug in the lounge could do with a clean.

The unit was very large, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient to most attractions. It included a kitchen stocked with utensils and dinnerware.
A privacy curtain between the bedroom and living area would make it easier for one person to be up and around while the other was sleeping.
It was a bit difficult to locate the first time, and not having any staff at the property was unusual.
