Perfect location. Clean, modern & well presented.
On the day of check in I had to contact the property twice for access details, they assured me emails and texts had been sent which was incorrect.
For a property of this calibre I would have expected drinking water to be supplied, as every pub and previous accommodation we stayed in had done.
For a 2 night stay, inadequate tea, coffee & sugar provisions.

Amazing location, beautiful spacious apartment, very helpful and friendly staff.
Highly recommend!
Would be nice to have some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil etc).
Vacuum didnt work.
No elevator (mentioned in many previous reviews)

Spacious apartment with washer dryer . Dont book unless you are very fit and happy to carry luggage up and down a lot of stairs.
Three flights of stairs to access the apartment (they are all on 2nd and 3rd floor) . No instructions for washer dryer. TV needed to be retuned. Contact with staff pre stay to access assistance with luggage was a waste of time - paid total strangers 20 pound to carry up our two cases and also did this when leaving

Very Good
There was no key. I was sent a code. Easy-peasy. The location of this flat was perfect--a gorgeous view of Edinburgh castle, very walkable to restaurants, shopping and attractions.
It was 3 flights up a winding staircase! I only really found it challenging when checking in and out and carrying my luggage! Otherwise, it was just "exercise".

Excellent location
It did not have an elevators so it was difficult to go up and down with luggage. The facility had no guidance on the use of washer/dryer., etc. The carpet/rugs had a dirty appearance, they need to be steam cleaned. We were 15 prior to check in and they were inflexible in allowing us to check in very silly!

The view was great and the property was modern
There were no lifts and we were on the third floor it was horrible with heavy luggage. Would not go back. Never mentioned o lift in booking and very disappointed

Wonderful
Perfect location, 5 min walk to the train station. Lots of bus and tram stops just outside. Great views of the castle and park. Nicely furnished and clean, kitchen has everything you need and good quality neff appliances.
There are a few things that could be improved to make it even better. The WiFi is slow and cuts in and out at times, the speed was around 10mb/s which isnt fast enough now. It could get a bit noisy at night as its right on the main road. However double glazed windows could have help and some of the shutters on the windows had big gaps in which lets in light and doesnt block the noice as well as they could.
Some minor points: The under cabinet lights in the kitchen were broken, one was hanging down. We would have liked another lamp in the living room as the main lights are very bright and the one lamp didnt feel enough. Cleaners didnt come as it said in the welcome guide, we had to go buy more toilet paper.

Location was amazing overlooking the castle beautiful views. Right on the main street for shopping and close to all historical attractions. Easy access with no issues to the apartment. Can't fault the place at all
