The apartment was lovely, really clean, great facilities and the staff were communicative throughout and answered any questions. Also great location just around the corner from the castle and close to centre

Great location close to transport, shops, restaurants and town. Very spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of space. When we asked for a shower mat on the first day it was dropped off very quickly.
A few issues to be resolved. The smart TV didnt work for the stay which was very annoying. No mirrors near sockets for hair drying. Cupboards in kitchen high up and needed to stand on a chair.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Edinburgh. Tour buses, trams and buses so accessible. Plenty of space for a family. Loved the cloak room especially for wet gear. Code makes it easy to access the property.
No lift, slipped on stairs within first 5 mins- so be careful. wasn't told there isn't parking at the property. need to set aside money for parking nearby as can be 7.50 an hour

So clean and bright.Great location for hop on hop off bus.Nice restaurants nearby and great to have a smart Tv.
Some windows dont open at all.So bedrooms got a bit stuffy at night.
