Group of us used this hotel as our base for the AC/DC concert. It was clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful especially sourcing taxis to concert etc. Breakfast was delish.
Think breakfast should always be included in the price as it is expensive.

Great escape from the city, lovely grounds, friendly staff. Comfy beds, fast wifi and easy parking.

Walking trail around the property disappears into the golf course, so difficult to do a proper run.

Room was spacious and breakfast was excellent and varied with friendly staff.
Bathroom looked a bit dated for a junior suite expected a more modern bathroom for the price paid

The exterior appearance was impressive. The staff and meal at the Brassiere were ok.
The rooms are really average at best, very dated and worn. The basin in one of our rooms was cracked right across in 4 places-bacteria! One of the rooms had cracked bathroom tiles and chunks and bubbles in the timber desk-really awful. The place is like a rabbit warren or maze, terrible access. We booked 2 rooms months ago, requesting them to be close and that was not honored at all. We were celebrating a birthday and pregnancy but not so much as a note in either room. Customer service was also sadly lacking. We have travelled the world and this is without doubt the MOST overstated property we have stayed in. Gross misinformation-booking.com should be ashamed!

Spacious bedroom
Disappointed that the restaurants and bars had similar items on the menus at all the same prices. And the Main restaurant did not have any special meals on offer even though this was supposedly the superior one. No atmosphere in Brassiere. Only ate once at the hotel as didn’t feel it justified our custom.

Good leisure facilities and reasonable room but lacking sparkle.
Old fashioned room and rather gloomy. Food was mediocre at best with the worst ever scrambled egg at breakfast (and I’ve eaten in a lot of hotels, believe me).
