Very helpful and friendly staff
Evening meal was expensive but not of the best standard. The veggy option burger was plain and not appetisingly.
Drinking glasses and plates left outstanding other rooms were not cleared on a timely basis.

The location, the welcime at front desk and foor of evening, its so close to lots of tourist attractions, the venue is so relaxing, sitting outside over looking the golf course.
Our suite so spacious with a lounge.
We had a wonderful weekend.

Breakfast was chaotic, the buffet breakfast, cerals, drinks, hot food all together in a small space, it eas very busy, not rekaxing experience and the service very slow.

Beautiful surroundings and golf courses (although we didn’t play, just had a little walk around), nice food in the main restaurant.
It’s a little “tired” but still pretty fine.

The room service menu is too limited. Could (and should) be much better. Very poor relative to equivalent value stays.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities well maintained and the staff were wonderful.
There was little not to like - the only thing would maybe be more food options for allergy sufferers.
