Dirty behind taps and under the soaps holders. Around the bath a bit of black. But everywhere else was very clean

Never had breakfast, no breakfast should cost £18. I found the bed pillows to soft and gave no support. But all in all I loved the hotel. Thank you.
Room service refusing to give us food at 2234 saying we were 4 minutes to late, when you're reception said Room service was up to 2300 . So disappointing really.

We were allocated a double room and not a superior room ( as booked ) despite the fact that my father was in double room next door.
I appreciate there wasn’t much in it but didn’t like the fact that it took x3 conversations with the manager to get a superior room.

Manor house was very nice. Grounds were beautiful. Swimming pool very nice
Standards of housekeeping could have been better. Bathroom had mold in shower grout. Table in dining room had hardened food (sat at same table 3 times during trip and was not cleaned). Chairs in lounge/bar area were threadbare. Bedroom did not get daily service had to call in spite of "make up room" card being there all day.

Good choice of food was available, main room was exceptional, however the over spill room chairs were not comfortable, fortunately we only had one breakfast in this room.
The fresh fruit was very watery, it appeared to be out of a tin, maybe 2 toasters would be better, as there was always a que.

Comfortable rooms and lovely grounds
Signage around the hotel is confusing, with different orientation maps on every floor annd arrows pointing all over the place. Tricky to navigate.

Nice location and breakfast was lovely
Dead flys/ Bees all over the bathroom as you can see in the photos. Master bedroom TV wasn’t working neither was the plug sockets in the bedroom. Very disappointing considering one night was £444! We spoke to a member off staff on the way out and he didn’t even acknowledge what was said very rude.
