Disappointing
Grounds were lovely, room was spacious and clean.
There's no wifi. They say there is, but there isn't. Toilet flushed some of the time, and it was a almost dangerous how far you had to step to get out of the slippery tub to the floor. No plugs near the bed.

Disappointing
Beautiful setting but we weren’t there for the golf. The pool was very good.
Breakfast was poor: cold coffee and some staff who could not speak English adequately. The site layout was rambling and confusing and not always as clean as it should be. We booked a taxi at reception the night before departing which did not turn up!

Really pleasant location on edge of golf course in Pentland hills with planty of outdoor space to enjoy. Helpful staff. A good selection of dishes to choose from at dinner. Dessert very nice hazelnut and chocolate creation.
The oddest layout I think I have ever seen. Labyrinthine and hard to navigate not just for us but for other guests. Got a grip on it eventually. Wifi very poor. Unable to connect in the room. Missed an important work email overnight - but received once we were back at upper ground level in the morning.
