The staff at registration and the dining room were superb. Welcoming, competent, and efficient.
There were no electrical outlets next to the bed in my room. However, there were several in strange locations (behind a chair in the window casement and another along the baseboard for no apparent reason).

Great hotel - our go to hotel any time in Edinburgh. Not far from airport. Good rooms and comfy beds. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and shower easy to use. Especially happy that they had USB ports by the bed for charging phones. Hotel is black and at night it can be a little hard to navigate outside to find entrance. Parking was plentiful. Hairdryer supplied as well. Towels were great. Definitely a place to check out. All amenities included which was nice. Would recommend to anyone.
Had to figure out where entrance was as at night, with hotel being black and drapes over door way to reception, it was tough to see entrance (especially older tired folks at night) but we found it.

There is a great restaurant/ bar on site. And not far drom airport.
There is not much else located nearby. But if you don't mind a 6 min Uber drive to other restaurants and sight5, then not bad.

It was farther from the airport than I was told but that’s hardly the fault of the hotel. The restaurant was quite expensive. But that’s hardly allowed us to explore the surroundings a bit.

I stayed here the night before a flight to the States. It was a great stay, and the airport shuttle was convenient. What impressed me most was the restaurant. As a vegetarian, I found several restaurants challenging on this trip (but I was often in very rural areas). When I explained that I was a vegetarian, they gave me a separate vegetarian menu with several entree options. The staff were professional and helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I wish I had had more time to explore Queensferry.

Nice size rooms, modern and close to Queensferry village.
The reception gal who checked us in was unfriendly and couldn’t have cared less about us. We had a problem with our AC. We called down several times and no answer so we went down and she was chatting it up with sone people. Finally we got her attention and she said she would send someone up. Nobody came. We ended up having to sleep with blinds up and window open as the blind cords were stuck. I have stayed there with my groups 3 times now and never again. Always unfriendly and incompetent. They claim they have an airport shuttle but it has never been available. This time the excuse was the driver was on vacation.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, nice (though small) bathroom , plenty of hot water in the shower, effective climate control in the room, super helpful front desk staff.
Would have liked to have a small fridge in the room as we had a few things with us that would have been better kept chilled.
