The staff were amazing. Suzanne was so helpful throughout our stay… I would highly recommend the restaurant too.. best steak I have ever had… a really lovely relaxing time away and will definitely be back.

Very upscale for being so close the the airport.
They said they had an airport shuttle but when we arrived they said the driver was on vacation so no shuttle. Uber cost about £35 each way

I did not realize I needed to pre-book the shuttle and there was no shuttle available the date of my arrival. My decision in choosing this hotel was based on the availability of a shuttle bus. I ordered soup to my room and it was too salty. My husband ordered fries, which were also way too salty.

A delightful surprise! Unique decor with amazing attention to detail. The team was welcoming and genuinely happy to be working there. a detail I loved was the hot iron plate to use with my hair straightener iron. And the mohair spread on the bed was amazingly soft! Wish they had a merch store. A great find after a 15 hour flight. Takes about 8 minute cab ride to get there but so worth it..

Loved the property! My room was large and comfy! Shower was great! Appreciated the location as it was just close enough to the airport and convenient to my next days travels.
I fell asleep (jet lag) and missed dinner. On the website it said the bar / restaurant was open until 11. It didn’t say they stopped serving food at 9 pm. I got to the restaurant at 9:05 pm. Had I of known that I would have eaten before going up to my room.

The room was clean and spacious with a modern temperature control system. The shower also had good water pressure. Nice room especially for the price. The area is quiet and pleasant.
If you do not have a car its not very practical. I booked it because it was close to the airport but the taxi fare was still very expensive for such a short trip because of airport surcharges. I could have just gone from downtown Edinburgh for a similar amount. There is some public transport options but its a little bit of a walk in a not very urban area.

The hotel was lovely. The room fantastic! I would rate the room and its facilities as one of the best that we have stayed in, in the UK
The food was ok with some of the 'side' dishes not great. The food was very expensive, but overall ok. The breakfast offering was quite limited. But the food that we had was very nice

Very comfortable room and gives the impression they’ve paid attention to your comfort. The staff are excellent, and again, very keen to ensure you have a great stay.
There aren’t any facilities. A gym (even a small one) would be a brilliant addition.
