Such a brilliant & cosy place. The receptionist was lovely and very professional. Couldn't recommend more!
The only thing worth mentioning is that it would be too far to walk into the city. You would need to bring a car or get a taxi. This wasn't an issue for us, but it's worth noting just in case it is for other.

Great hotel - our go to hotel any time in Edinburgh. Not far from airport. Good rooms and comfy beds. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and shower easy to use. Especially happy that they had USB ports by the bed for charging phones. Hotel is black and at night it can be a little hard to navigate outside to find entrance. Parking was plentiful. Hairdryer supplied as well. Towels were great. Definitely a place to check out. All amenities included which was nice. Would recommend to anyone.
Had to figure out where entrance was as at night, with hotel being black and drapes over door way to reception, it was tough to see entrance (especially older tired folks at night) but we found it.

Soundproofing between rooms was poor. I heard the neighbours in the adjacent room talking. The breakfast was poor. There wasn't muesli and the coffee was weak.

Difficult to get attention of servers in the Foyer. Breakfast has been dumbed down somewhat from out earlier stays. In particular Continental options.

I booked this stay the night before a very early flight from Edinburgh out to Warsaw. If I could, I'd stay here EVERY time I had to fly - it was everything I hoped for and cannot fault any of the staff, facilities or experience of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist me when my door keys malfunctioned multiple times (specifically Chloe - you're a star thank you for your help!). The restaurant is excellant - love the lighting, the seating layout, all the little details that make it comfortable and enjoyable have been included. Room, shower and amenities are all so comfortable and clean, would 1000% recommend this place to anyone visiting Queensferry/Edinburgh area!
