It's very difficult to fault this property in any way. It's very comfortable and quiet, perfect for remedying any weariness. The staff are very efficient and professional. The restaurant is excellent, private shuttle to the airport, bus into the city centre on the doorstep (make sure you get on in the right direction), just a lovely place to stay if you want peace and quiet.
Nothing, and anything you don't like, the staff sort out as quickly as possible.

Fantastic room and facilities, towels in bathroom and bed drawer for additional. Breakfast was superb and very flexible on choice, and payment is seamless in the hotel. Tesco next door for any quick shopping and bus connections straight into Edinburgh city center.

Clean property, plenty of parking
I chose this property because it was close to the airport and had a free airport shuttle. It is not very close (15-20 min), and the shuttle only runs Monday - Friday. Additionally, you need to schedule the shuttle in advance, and by the time we arrived, most shuttle rides were unavailable. I would not have booked this property if I had known this in advance.

The restaurant and bar area were very nice. Service was excellent. Parking was free and convenient.
My first room had no space in it to put out stuff, no space to spread out. We upgraded to a junior suite, which was substantially nice and provided for a better stay.

beautiful hotel, well designed rooms, excellent front desk staff
that no food was a available after 9pm (not even a bag of crisps or nuts). after being caught out after a long days work on our first night we pre ordered a cold platter for us returning on the second night. the order was not processed. the lovely bar manager Laura managed to put something together for us herself but it wasnt ideal. our bill was 1000 for 3 nights and we just didnt feel it was value for money
