The property was beautiful from the rooms to the outdoor patio. Staff were very accommodating.
We stayed twice on our trip. Our room was great but the second stay was on what they called the “patio” floor which was basically the basement. Felt closed in and bleak. Photo belie was our first room.

Very nice room. Great location for both walking and reaching transit and restaurants. The very polite staff knew it was our anniversary and left a nice gift for us in our room when we arrived.

Room was fine. Badly laid out, beds far too close to bathroom door, which opened onto them, making it impossible to get in and out without disturbing the person in the bed. Bathroom tired and could have been cleaner. Breakfast was fine but not brilliant. Location is very central and excellent, staff work hard, are friendly and helpful.
Too expensive. Not in great condition.

Short walk from the train station and where my course was being held so convenient in that respect.
Given room for a disabled person which had a wet room as opposed to the bath that I’d specifically requested.
Train was delayed and arrived just after 9pm so couldn’t get any food at the hotel. Not what you want to hear after such a long and tedious journey.

Floors were very creaky all over the room, so noisy to walk on if anyone is a light sleeper, at least in my room (103).

Awesome facilities with the bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The location also couldn't be better it's walking distance to everything cool in the city but right next to a tram if you want to go farther.
