So convenient for The Playhouse and for the city. Nice rooms and good breakfast.
There were a few minor broken things in the room - the rail in the wardrobe and the towel holder in the bathroom and there were wasn’t a coat hook anywhere but these are very minor things!

Fab Hotel very welcoming & spotlessly clean…Breakfast was great and dining room again very clean & organised.. Food delicious…Staff were all lovely & helpful this hotel is brilliant for going to the playhouse which is so close literally next door and going into Edinburgh itself not far from the train station and trams… Will definitely be booking this hotel again for sure and I have to say I’m very fussy & particular… but I’d definitely be back…
