Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very courteous, informative and helpful. Location was great.
The thermostat in the room was set high and did not respond when I tried to change it. Hence the room was a bit too warm during the night. Also the pillows were very bulky which made it a tad difficult to get comfortable before dropping off.

Room was great, it was at the back of the hotel and was so quiet, would not have known we were in the city centre. Loved the outdoor terrace with the heaters, lighting and piped music. Lovely breakfast and dining area. Theatre just a few minutes walk away.

The staff are very helpful & polite, location of the hotel is great. Very resonable price, the rooms are very spacious & clean with a nice sized bathroom

Check in was easy - we were able to leave our bags as we arrived earlier than check in and also at the end of our stay whilst we explored the city before our train home. Food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was also great. Perfect location next to the theatre. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was lovely and very clean.

The place was wonderful, a heated outdoor section. And literally next door to the playhouse. It was amazing. We even could request a later room service for a lie in.
Not their fault but the outdoor seating did get soaked even under the gazebo i wonder if there's a way to make the gazebo bigger so the seats can be sat on even in the rain? Like I said not their fault.
