The staff were extremely accommodate which made the stay seamless and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice and the room was beautiful
I didn’t like the fact that there were no waters in the room. During the night I actually had to go down to the lobby to purchase water.

The location was ideal for the playhouse , the station and shopping . Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained . Hotel was quiet and staff pleasant . Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice . Stayed midweek so quiet at breakfast time .
Room was a little cool having said that I didn’t ask staff how to alter this . Bathroom had glass panelling into bedroom although could not see into bath room it did feel it lacked some privacy .

Staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Moved our room straight away when tv wasn’t working.
Cleanliness was an issue in the 2nd room we were moved to, this was reported to reception who offered to take care of it, but I’d already cleaned up. Our room wasn’t made up on 2nd day which was unexpected and the other room on our booking was, not sure why we were missed?

Everything from the location, cleanliness, comfort and really good customer service from reception to breakfast the next day.
Would have liked to have had a harder pillow - perhaps stored in the wardrobe in case it was more comfortable.
