Amazing location
There was a mistake with the dates of the booking, and they refused to give me a credit note or anything as I booked on booking.com. They didn't seem very concerned at all that I was losing money. Any kind of gesture would have been appreciated by the front desk.

The 1802 grill/ restaurant on floor 4, which was amazing, the room was very good and bed was comfy.
One of the bar men on the 5th floor wasn't good at communicating, as I asked him a question and was a bit rude and didn't make any eye contact with me and spoke in a impolite way to me and my girlfriend.

Hotel really lovely and room very comfortable
Room faced the back end of some building and was woken up at some ridiculous hour with a beeping truck that stayed for ages collecting bottles out of bins. Between the beeping of the truck and the sound of braking bottles sleep was impossible.
