The design and location of the hotel was really good. There were friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Facilities were great and well designed. It felt like a premium hotel.
The bathroom in my room was very cold, the big window was closed, but the entire room was very cold. The water pressure was also not as good as I'd have liked, however, the room was great.

Staff were great. Checked in 3pm and room was ready but not inspected so we received complimentary drinks until it was. Room was fantastic as is the hotel itself. Right next door the Playhouse Theatre so exceptionally convenient. Parking a five minute walk and heavily discounted so an added bonus.
