Room kept spotlessly clean. Staff extremely friendly & efficient.
Cancelled my wife's birthday dinner booked in their restaurant (booked 4 weeks in advance) at short notice. Bathroom fan did not appear to work & feeble shower pressure. Had to pay extra if salmon required for breakfast.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room and bed very comfortable. Quiet room at back of hotel. 10min walk from edinburgh waverley. Complimentry mini bar in premium kung room
Small things didn't affect my stay. Shower pressure could have been better. Some fixtures and fittings in the room looking tired/worn.

We appreciated the location not only for being close to Waverly Station but close to touristy locations and shopping centre. The hotel room was comfortable and our breakfast was plentiful, tasty, a good selection and generous. I even tasted my first haggis there!!!
We never noticed anything that needs for us to make a negative comment.
