The staff were very polite, helpful X d friendly everywhere in the hotel.
The location was brilliant and the buffet breakfast choice was very good.
We felt the evening menu was rather restricted and the cooked buffet breakfast was not as hot as we would like having been left standing for too long.

We had breakfast one day which was yummy. Also upgraded to mini bar room and that was restocked everyday. Very lovely hotel and stay. Great location with easy walks to nearby events.

We really liked that the hotel was located in the city centre, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, which made our stay even more pleasant.
One downside was that the lifts do not require guests to scan their room key to access the floors. As a result, we occasionally saw a man coming in and out of the hotel and going upstairs. On one occasion late at night, he knocked on our door claiming that our music was loud, even though we were not playing any music. We realised he was not a hotel guest when we looked through the peephole, and we had also previously seen him enter the building, take snacks that were displayed for purchase near the lifts, put them in his pockets without paying, and then leave. This situation made us feel uncomfortable; however, apart from that, the stay was a very pleasant one and the hotel still felt very safe overall.

Location
Wasn't what I expected for the price. Not that clean, bit run down in the room we had. Bathroom extractor fan ran continually which we reported. Expected better, wouldn't book again
