The attendant at the front desk rearranged our rooms so that we could be near our daughter. The restaurant was good. The rooms were clean and well decorated, not too worn.

The facilites was extremely well kept and clean. On site parking made it easy to travek to and from the city center. Bus stoo also very close by. The breakfast was always so simple and very good for the price. The gym is definitely amazing.

Beautiful area by a university. Eqsy to use the cities bus system to get to traditional tourism sites. Restaurant provides a super breakfast buffet and nice variety of lunch-dinner choicrs. Staff was super helpful

I did not request a quiet room. I did not know that was possible.
During the night other guests did not take care to close their doors quietly.

I had a problem with this hotel and they haven't responded.
I paid for breakfast, but when I went to check in, they refused, saying I didn't buy it, even though I have all the receipts.
I've traveled to 32 countries with Booking.com and this is the first time this has happened.
The hotel is great, I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this problem led me to give it the only low rating I've ever given a hotel.
I spoke with the team in person and they don't recognize it; I'm waiting for a response from online support and haven't received one.
I paid for something and they don't acknowledge it.

The location is perfect. Excellent staffs, restaurant was perfect. The place was very neat. Room service was excellent. Bar was great.
The first staff to check me in delayed me and asked me to make payment meanwhile I had already paid online through booking.com. I sat outside for about 20-30 minutes before we could confirm payment then she handed over keys to me. But the place was too good so I forgot that situation immediately I entered my room.
