Very spacious room and incredibly comfortable bed. Clean, crisp linen sheets, good variety in the breakfast buffet and friendly vibe.
In view of the quantity of people in breakfast area, there should have been more than one coffee machine working.

Everything except the directions to get there. It is not easy to find in that horrible complex.

The check-in and check-out were fabulous, lots of information given in a friendly and professional manner. The room was spacious, clean, and the shower was powerful and hot. The food in the restaurant was tasty and priced as you'd expect in a hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and unhurried. The bar staff were also friendly.
On a weekend that the Oriam was hosting a 2-day competition, it was disappointing that draught beers and cider were 'off' and so unavailable for the weekend.
