Wonderful
Great location. Lovely staff.
Check out is 12.00 noon. Twice we had men banging on the door. One was a window cleaner who actually entered the room around 10.30 and the other came 10 minutes later and asked when we intended to check out. We were not impressed. Shouldn’t happen and was alarming.

Wonderful
The receptionist at the hotel was very polite and helpful.
And the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was brilliant choice from Haggis to delicious
croissants and Danish pastries..
The hotel was excellent however
some people who were staying in the hotel
didn’t have the manners at the restaurant.

Doors to ensuite are weird with a huge gap underneath and obscure glass, which does not allow for a lot of privacy.

Cleanliness was poor, shower facilities were very poor too, room carpets were dirty, breakfast was not upto the usual standard and didn't include all the items and was not cooked well.

Exceptionally clean. Nice shampoo and big bathroom.
The shower room shower handle was locked into a ring. Suggest to add a slide door to keep water inside the shower area

Lovely hotel, easy to find, great and friendly staff.
Very well presented, well decorated and clean.
Easy parking and no stress... great value for a last minute booking.
The room was very cold and took a while to warm up!
We got to breakfast about 45 minutes before it closed and it wasn't great!!! If you are having breakfast perhaps wake up earlier to have hot fresh goodies!!

Rooms are comfortable and well appointed
Breakfast is OK, nut not special, dinner in the restaurant could have been better (soggy batter on the fish and chips). There are no other restaurants nearby that can be reached without car or bus.

The location is very easy to navigate, the bus stop is nearby & the overall hotel is good.
Facilities and amenities are kind of limited, but in Europe standards I guess that's normal.
