Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Warmly greeted upon arrival and good price point for a last minute booking in Edinburgh.
The breakfast was included tasty and plentiful.
Free parking.
The wife didn’t like the frosted bathroom door, it wasn’t flush to the frame and she felt uncomfortable.
Stains on carpet and walls, stylish room just a bit tired and needed a deep clean/refinish.
Wi-Fi was difficult to use, even the staff struggled to get me connected.
The tv was limited and had no cast option.

It was in a perfect location for us.
The staff were lovely and helpful whenever needed.
We got assigned a disabled room, it didn’t bother us that much.
The carpets in the room were dirty.
