The pictures do not do the bedrooms justice. Bedroom was huge, bedroom was nice and tidy, very spacious, luscious soft bed sheets and carpet was clean. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. 2 big beautiful mirrors in the bedroom and a nice bright bedside lamp. Very happy that it was en suite too (Top floor double bedroom). Hall way and staircase carpet and decor also very nice. Suitable location too, only 15-25mins to city centre, and there are plenty of night buses available to and from the guest house, and no curfew, so you can enjoy the nightlife without worry of how to get back.
Bathroom wasnt as clean as we had hoped, and the bedroom was very cold, had to wrap up and stay in bed for longer than we wanted because it was too cold to just sit on the bed, the heating would turn on and off throughout the day and we couldnt control it, not ideal especially bring winter times

Andy and kim were very friendly & accommodating , the bedroom was spotless clean . The cleaning lady was in every day, , Lovely warm room beds was comfortable would highly recommend this guests house.

Gorgeous place and only a 15min walk to the centre. Secure parking at the back and the owners were super friendly and helpful with places to see and how to get about. Would definitely go back again.

The location is perfect. The price is very much worth it. The owners are very lovely and accomodating. The room is much better than any famous hotels there. Excellent job to the owners! We love our stay here!

Lovely personal service from the owners. Very good facilities in the room - fridge, tea/coffee making, porridge/ fruit / yoghurts/ fibre bars supplied: great. Very nice roomy bedroom on the top floor with shower room, plenty of storage plus a very comfortable bed. Many thanks.

Although the bathroom is shared, there is no inconvenience in using it.
A small suggestion is to leave a WiFi password note in the room in advance.
Breakfast is provided in the room. On our first day, 2 apples, 4 boxes of cereal, and 2 boxes of yogurt were provided. No breakfast was provided the next day. On our third day, 2 apples, 2 bananas, 2 boxes of cereal, and 2 boxes of yogurt were provided. Suggest providing breakfast every day with a stable quantity.

The room arrangement was superb, and when combined with the room and bathroom's cleanliness, it enhanced the overall experience. The concierge service was consistently outstanding on a daily basis. The host was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and remarkably kind. There's nothing to complain about, except for a brief two-day period when the WiFi was subpar during my stay. Nonetheless, the host promptly resolved this issue once I brought it to her attention.
