Everything. Ian and David are kind and present for any need. The room the cleanest ever. The breakfast top. Position prefect. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay with Ian and David! The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is freshly prepared every single morning and is delicious. If you want to get pampered, stay at this wonderful b&b, you won’t regret it! Thank you Ian and David, we will be back :)

Our stay at Castle Park Guest House was phenomenal - far above and beyond what we could have expected. Ian and David are such wonderful hosts, and really helped make our trip, especially with great recommendations for where to go in Edinburgh (we went in pretty blind so these really helped!). The guest house's location is very good, and their advice to divert our walk into the city via a lovely little park made it even better :)
As for food, Ian's cooked breakfast (and handmade bread) every morning was delicious, and they were very generous with fetching whatever we liked. I cannot recommend Castle Park Guest House enough.
We had no complaints at all really - just do be aware it is a 20 minute walk from the house to central Edinburgh.

Beautiful property very clean the breakfast was cooked fresh to order and the ingredients were very tasty nothing was too much trouble
The location was a little out of the centre however there was a very regular bus service every 10 mins with the bus stop just outside or you could walk it in 25 to 30 mins steady walk

Everything was simply PERFECT. Ian and David were so kind and always available in case of need. The room was large and clean, the position was very good for a short pleasure stay. Breakfast was soooo good!

Ian and David were absolutely brilliant hosts and really made our stay in Edinburgh feel special from the moment we arrived. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.
The facilities themselves were lovely, and the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Our room exceeded all expectations and it was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented. The cleanliness and comfort were genuinely outstanding, and I should add the breakfast was so lovely, and lot’s of variety to choose from.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was just perfect. The hosts were great and especially the breakfast was absolutely amazing, like in a top hotel. The separate bathroom was fully renovated and also hotel-like. Every detail seemed fully thought-through and contributed to the overall experience. The location is also great for exploring the city (bus stop right in front of the house). I really enjoyed my stay!
