Had an amazing stay at Castle Park. Ian and David are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Place is spotless and their attention to detail is second to none. Great breakfast choice and we loved Ian's home baked bread. Castle Park is also very well situated- just a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. We highly recommend a stay at Castle Park.

This is a fantastic modern guest house with amazing hosts Ian & David the rooms are amazing comfy beds modern bathrooms and great furniture plus the breakfast is a must with homemade bread 100% recommend this stunning stay

We liked the quietness of the room. The breakfast was great both mornings. Found the owners to be very caring and cautious about my Celiac and the need to stay away from gluten. Vey accommodating.

The breakfast was lovely, apart from walking in the rain, the location was good. The hosts were so nice and were so happy to give suggestions on what/ where to visit.The room was clean, the shower was great, with shampoo etc.

Everything was perfect. The property was clean and the hosts were really good . It was my first trip as a solo traveller and they made me feel home. I would definitely recommend and will come back for sure.

The guest house is in a beautifully renovated old house. The rooms are comfortable and serene.
The property is very well maintained.
Walking distance from city centered and bus routes stop right in front.
Breakfast is excellent, prepared for you.

The modern-Scottish themed rooms were amazing, so beautiful. So many little details! Kettle pre-filled with water, carafe of water in the rooms, little black bow on toilet paper. The breakfast options were numerous, the hosts were happy to accommodate early arrivals (if possible) or hold your luggage so you can explore before your train. Helpful with figuring out scenic walking routes. I'll return and recommend to all!

The breakfast was fine. I was sick in the bathroom and they cleaned it up with no complaints.
It was a bit of a walk from the town centre. The bathroom was not connected to the bedroom.
