No hot water at night. No WiFi at all. Poor breakfast. Poor bed. Poor cleanliness. A very tired and rundown property.

Separate bathroom not very clean could do with a deep clean especially the bath the jets looked grimy

The location was in a lovely neighborhood within a 25 minute walk to town. You could also walk 10 minutes to a bus stop, or about that to get a meal. The B&B was very homey and made a nice home base between our overnite Scotland tours.
There really wasn't anything worth mentioning that I didn't like.

Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good, and parking was good.
Having to climb into a huge corner bath in order to have a shower. Would have felt safer in a traditional shower tray. Hair dryer needs de-fluffing

Mike and his wife Caroline were extremely welcoming and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant with delicious Scottish breakfasts every morning, great advice on buses and even booking our taxi for the airport for us.
