the room was very spacious and clean, the hotel was very well maintained and had excellent facilities. Check in was super easy and we didn't even need to pass by the front desk.

Breakfast simple, but totally fine. Location is good, can walk to old town and new town in about 15-20min.
Small room for a family of four. Updated, but cheaply, which is fine, and probably explains that it is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Totally fine stay for a couple of nights.

The receptionist on Friday evening and Saturday was outstanding — she went above and beyond to look after us. Lovely comfortable beds. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.
The bathroom was a bit small - not a problem for us though!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and apparently only 2*?! This could easily be a 3/4. Everything was really exceptional and I never bother leaving reviews! The included breakfast and unlimited access throughout our stay to the ‘pantry’- smoothies, cookies, fresh juices and crisps- amazing!
Nothing. They’ve got it spot on. Oh except giving us new towels after only one night- not necessary!

Liverpool quite hotel , great location for walking into the city . 10 to 20 mins walking from anywhere. Staff helpful and friendly.
Cups in the room where too small to have a decent cup of tea or coffee , certainly need to be bigger .

One of the key criteria when choosing the hotel was its proximity to both the city centre and the railway station, which greatly simplified our logistical arrangements. The hotel’s clear advantages also include its friendly and helpful staff, who are always ready to assist guests. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
The hotel fully matched its stated category and the guest reviews. I wouldn’t describe it as particularly atmospheric, but our stay was entirely pleasant and without any negative impressions. It absolutely lived up to expectations.

Central location within walking distance of main sights and eating places. Lovely coffee shop on the corner.
Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Had a terrible sleep! Bathroom was very small for a family room.

Not too far from city centre, easy to find and on bus routes. Clean, comfortable, modern & functional. Excellent “Pantry” for 24 hr drinks & snacks and buffet breakfast. Comfortable residents lounge, selection of newspapers provided.
Nothing to complain about although there was some road noise from traffic and bin collection outside our window. En-suite bathroom had minimal space.
