The location was good.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I’m still experiencing back pain even though I’m only in my 20s. On the last night, I could barely fall asleep because the mattress was so worn out and uneven. I had to put pillows under my back just to be able to lie straight and get some sleep. The walls are also very thin, and people were banging doors throughout the night and again early in the morning, making it difficult to rest.

The only positive thing I would praise the hotel for is the funky NFC door key card system. As a techie, it was impressive to not been to collect a key on arrival
Where do I start. First room, 97 - was tiny. No clothes storage, overlooking the car park, felt like was in a basement. Room did not look anything like the photos on the site. Duvet was ripped, bed was bearly comfortable. Spoke to reception the following morning, and was shocked to be advised this was a Deluxe Room. Arranged a room move to 104. Bigger, with clothes storage, but would still suggest nothing like the pictures online (even though was promised by reception it was) Room was not cleaned following day, meaning we had to ask for fresh towels etc Receptionist seemed unimpressed we asked for a fan, saying we were "lucky" as only one left

I really liked the vibe of the hotel, cozy and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the unique spaces for watching TV and a quick coffee and tea drink was brilliant. The location is amazing and accessible to almost everywhere you want. Easy access to public transport, too
A bit of room space allocation can be modified; also, the shower holder was very loose, and it fell off during the shower. Since it's made of heavy metal, its impact on bare feet could cause a minor scratch and injury

Exceptional
Easy 10 min walk to Old Town, helpful staff. A nice surprise was complimentary pastry breakfast each morning. We liked the courtyard and sitting rooms for enjoying some downtime from being tourists.

The girl on the reception was very responsive and polite. She helped a lot by giving us the last vent she's been using by her own. Without her help the stay would be much less convenient. The hotel is pretty new with modern design. There is underground parking. You have to pay for it 18 GBP per day, though. The location is nice. pretty quite but still close to city center.
Rooms don't have AC. At the time we were staying at the hotel, it was very stuffy and hot in the room. Opening the window didn't help at all. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Yes, there are a few pastry options but it's very difficult to call it breakfast. The hotel doesn't offer laundry service.

The room where the coffee and snacks are is not checked enough and was constantly running out of milk and coffee and this was early in the morning when it should have been full of everything

The building was beautiful and the room was nice and cosy. The pantry was nice and accesible.
I wish there was q recycling bin in the hotel room.
