We had a lovely room that was recently renovated. The shower was excellent. It was very good value and the location was excellent. We were a short walk away from the tram .
The reception area would need to be redecorated.

Staff very helpful. Location good, about 15 min walk to city. Free pantry in dining area brilliant idea and we enjoyed it. Some people might feel bathroom in room a bit small however wasn't an issue for us. Room was very clean and tidy, that matters more to me than having a big bathroom. More like staying in a boutique hotel or a very up market hostel.....in a good way. Dining area and separate lounge area lovely for relaxing and engaging with other guests, if a person wanted too. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the first time I am writing a review for a hotel because I was really pleased with our stay. The room and common areas were very clean, and having free coffee and small snacks available was a nice touch. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would be happy to stay here again and would definitely recommend this place.

Room was a great deal considering I booked same day as arrival. Very clean and relatively quiet for the location. Only grabbed a smoothie from breakfast as I was heading to the office, so didn't check if there were any gluten free options other than the fruit. Loved the smell of the toiletries!
Arrived at 10pm and there was no one at reception. She was stocking the pantry but after a long day, a sign at reception or a bell would have been nice to know someone was there and coming soon as I just wanted to get checked in and head to bed

Excellent facilities and very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Great staff who were very welcoming. Pantry was super with drinks available all the time and breakfast in the morning. Also the option of using the lounge. Very reasonable price so great value.

Convenient location (10 mins walk to Haymarket, 15 mins walk to old town), comfortable room and beds, good wifi, friendly staff, pantry room with coffee machine, drinks, snacks available
Check-out is at 11am (seems a bit early), walls are a bit thin so sound sometimes travels a bit - but overall had a very nice stay

Lovely comfortable bed and good shower. The complimentary pantry was excellent for drinks and snacks too.
The door to the bathroom was loose when closed so banged a bit if someone walking about in the room.
