The property was very central, easy to get around. We didn’t have any interaction with staff really but from what small bit we did they were nice and friendly. The key card being on an app is nice but can be a bit stressful, I would recommend getting a physical key.

Breakfast was great, other guests could of been less selfish and not help themselves to more than they should, share it equally with other guests but this doesn't reflect the hotel. Staff were fantastic our room was comfy clean had everything we needed. Location was brilliant best to get of at Waverley train station as it's only a few minutes walk to the hotel, only a short walk into Edinburgh centre. We only had 24hrs to go the military tattoo but we are looking to book this hotel again for a long weekend as there is so much to explore.

The room was really comfortable, however a bit small. The hotel is well located and they serve some pastries coffee and tea in the morning.

I did not like the property
Employee at the reception promised that the hotel will refund me the payment, as the room was not up to my expectations. Pictures look better and the room is accessed through emergency staircase. After multiple confirmation/ calls that they will reimburse, they referred to the policy that they are not going to. I feel like they scammed me, no accountability for their action whatsoever.
