Bed very comfortable, room clean
Bathroom very small, very little storage for clothes in room. Breakfast first come first served, often ran out, croissants not fresh our first morning. No fruit.

The modern facilities. The pantry was a great feature and the pastries were tasty. Having a soft and a hard pillow is a brilliant idea that caters to all types of sleepers.
The shower didn't drain very well and there was a risk of it overflowing.

Staff friendly and helpful. The room was ready slightly ahead of time which was appreciated.
Cleaning staff had used a very strong room freshener on the pillows shortly before we entered. It was such a strong, artificial smell we had to leave them in the shower with the door closed.
