Great location, good amenities, staff were lovely.
Super small rooms, minor blemishes that should be repaired, uncomfortable beds, no ventilation and quite expensive.

Location and convenience of its somewhat quiet street equipped with a good coffee shop was nice.
The floorcloth inside the hotel was quite old and it did not help to carry the luggages. The shower leaked in to the main entrance of the room every time which made a damp floor.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms are much more stylishly decorated than the reception area suggests. The room felt modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre and the main tourist attractions. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which is a nice touch. However, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Items such as croissants and toast with jam are available only while supplies last. I was able to enjoy breakfast one morning, but on the following day, when I arrived around 9:36am, everything had already been taken. It's worth arriving early if breakfast is important to you. The bed was acceptable but not the most comfortable I've slept in, although it certainly wasn't uncomfortable enough to affect the stay significantly. Overall, this is a convenient and pleasant hotel with stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. I would happily stay there again for a short city visit.

Good locations, decor was modern maybe a little tired in places, bathroom very clean and modern, in the pantry there was access to bottled water, crossaints and bagels in the mornings which was great
Room was very small. No wardrobe just a rack for clothes..fine for a few nights but it was tight for space.

Room OK. There was coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast was complimentary, but nobody told us until second day we realized it.
Some noise from the street. Prices in Edimburg are high in relation with the quality they offer. If you wanted to be cleaned you have to ask for it.
