The room we stayed in is very dated and is much in need of a complete redo. One of the three mattress covers had holes in it and was dirty and badly stained. Room was not serviced for the three nights we stayed. I asked for more towels and a clean bed-sheet at reception and was given these by staff. The hotel in general is in shabby condition. Location is good and staff are pleasant.
Hotel needs refurbished. Generally very worn and shabby.

The location is not perfect, but good. It is about 10 minutes walk by bus and tram stop to the airport, 10 minutes from Dean village and about 30 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was the one thing we absolutely disliked. They refused any kind of assistance whatsoever! The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, and their advice was to go out and buy our own soap—they couldn't even provide a single small bar of soap. We had forgotten our travel adapter and asked to borrow one just to charge a phone before going to buy our own. Even though they had one available, they 'kindly' refused. It seems they don't feel it’s their responsibility to make their guests' stay even a little bit easier or more pleasant. Considering the high price, the attitude was extremely unsatisfactory.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
The Hotel lobby had tall table and chairs all crunched at the corner which seemed dis organised. There two two sofas in front of the bar areas where guest would like to sit down for quick relaxation but I had to move these tall chairs and tables to find my way onto the sofas.
Later when asked about proper lounge area, we were shown. Lounge area was in decent set up and found much comfortable and cosy.

Nice view over the Modern Gallery gardens. Very noisy hotel. Did not feel safe at all as there were all sorts going on in the hallway outside my room all night. Large room.
The noise. The dirty bathroom and broken loo. Did not feel safe at all.
