It was dirty and I see the hotel is neglected.
The entry is old smelly and dirty.
The receptionist, wasn’t welcoming.
The floor in the room was dusty smelly
The fan in the bathroom was working constantly ( not stop) so noisy.
Not value for the money I paid.

Room was spacious- decent value for money compared to other hotels in the city. Clean facilities, free wifi, nice view of the Water of Leith. Quiet location, parking spaces available on site- Great location to explore the city via car. Dean's village is a short walk away. Kettle and complementary tea/coffee/biscuits available. Simple checkout with box for key cards.
Walls were paper thin, could hear noises of doors banging/guests talking. There could be more plug sockets. There needs to be more parking spaces as they were always full.

The location is good. Quite near to the city center and famous places
The room didn't meet the expectations. I visited the place based on my experience one of the other branches. However my experience at Edinburgh branch was not good. The room was okies size and seemed to be dirty.

It was a place to stay and that is it. No bed bugs.
The dirty shower curtain, dirty walls, elevator walls cut into and dirty, hair dryer melted, carpets unfinished, beds rock hard and pillows not fluffy. The traffic noise was terrible.

It was the cheapest in Edinburgh for that evening, bedding was clean, but mattress very worn on the side so no support
Not much, tired, run down, couldn’t see out the window very well due to dirt, staff didn’t engage and although pre booked took a while waiting to be checked in
