Wonderful
The staff were lovely and friendly. I also received a free upgarde which was very much appreciated. The room was lovely and big and the bath was an added bonus. Breatfast was great-great to get a freshly cooked breakfast and filter coffee in a pot (instead of coffee from a machine) nowadays!
A plug near the kettle would have been handy. Also handcream would have been nice but that is a very small thing!

Location and classy! Excellent service when I arrived, my room wasn’t ready due to me being early but they accommodated me with another room
There were no staff at reception in the morning and I couldn’t find where to eat breakfast

Wonderful
It was my second stay at this hotel. It is one of the best hotel in Edynburgh, very clean, private with absolutely friendly and competent employees. Especially I will remember very nice and polite person from reception, who worked at 23.03.26 in the morning, for her attention and helpfulness. For sure I will return to this place.

I had to change the date of my visit and the hotel was very accommosating. The location is pretty and peaceful. The staff were all friendly and welxoming. The room was a good size and well equipped with a lovely selection of treats included.
There was a panel under the basin in the. Bathroom hanging off.
