The cleanliness and convenience for going out and work.
The breakfast was substandard. Watery porridge that was worse than gruel, toast that wasn’t allowed to be toasted and little supplies in the room in the way of making more than one drink!

Wonderful breakfast.
Bathroom cold because towel rail not functioning I asked for it to be dealt with but nothing happened.
Toilet flush very difficult to use, had to try many times for it to flush.
In the evening the water was lukewarm, had to waste a lot of water to get it to be hot. Fine in the morning.

Arrived at the hotel to find no problems with the parking. Check in was quick and the room was spotless and exceeded our expectations. Great greeting of a Whisky and Gin. Facilities were great with all as described on the booking. Sleep was peasefull and comfortable and the breakfast the morning after was fantastic with a wide range of choices. Checkout was quick and painless.

The hotel was a nice surprise, which doesn't happen often. It was modern, stylish and the rooms were beautiful. The food was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Friendly staff and ease of check in. Executive Double room was good size and very comfortable. Very good breakfast
There was no hot water, even after running the water for a long time it only managed to be luke warm. Expect to have hot water. Our room was 111 furthest from reception, so maybe all the hot water used by other guests before reaching us.

The cable for the iron is barely long enough to reach the end of the ironing board. This can make it really difficult to iron a shirt.
