Breakfast - just what you need. Good service
Taps in the bathroom, one with cold and one with hot water. Impossible to clean your face or was hands with that setup?

Wonderful
Great location for Bruntsfield and Morningside. Having parking is always a plus in Edinburgh and easy walk through The Meadows to the Old Town
Room was very warm and we could not find a way to turn off the radiator

Very nice place and good location. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.
Wooden floors creak a lot, especially at night when people return to rooms you can definitely hear it. But I was lucky and it seemed most people staying weren’t the stay out late and return at 2am types

Location! We loved this neighborhood and spent as much time in it as possible.
Shower is about half the size of a telephone booth, but it got the job done.
