Room was fabulous, breakfast was excellent. Location was superb, easy walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh.
Parking was a worry as spaces were limited so that was a concern, however was no issue in the end as plenty of spaces were available on arrival!

Breakfast excellent choice of hot drinks ,croissants were excellent and choices of fruit juices and selection of cereals. The fruit salad tasted great.
My friend had a cooked breakfast and I thought that the portion served was somewhat small

When we arrived we were upgraded which was a brilliant start to the weekend. The room was big and spacious. Every where we went was clean. The lady behind the desk was very nice and helpful throughout our stay and the young lad behind the bar in the evening was a top bloke too.
The shower was pretty weak, the door on the shower didn’t slide too quickly and it was hard to work out the temperature. Apart from that it was a great stay.

Very helpful staff. Needed paperwork printed to ship my golf clubs and they arranged to print multiple copies. Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect, away from the noise of royal mile, but still an easy 10min ride with easy transportation access

Great location by the park and a short walk into the city. The staff were lovely and there was an electric vehicle charger free to use on the on site parking.
The carpets and rugs could do with a good clean but I am being picky.

Great location on bus route from Princes St. Clean and spacious room.
Room was a bit warm even with the window open. Very expensive rate, but that’s Edinburgh these days.
