Everything- the rooms weren’t clean and the smell of wet dog and nicotine was very strong - mould under windows - bed was so old that mattress was dipped in the centre - checked out at 01:30 to another hotel.

I really enjoyed my room (97) we were near the gym, jacuzzi and swimming pool. We were also very near to bistro dinning, which we enjoyed evening dinner, despite there being a large group being seated 30 minutes before our arrival, we were served fairly quickly and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Our room was disabled friendly and I, enjoyed all that it had to offer which was pleasant and comfy also on the ground floor, making getting around very easy. Breakfast was adequate and although we felt a bit bunched up seating wise, we enjoyed it very much also the staff were friendly.

The rooms were spacious and clean (although very corporate in style) and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The pool and spa were a bonus.
No choice of pillows and the ones provided were hard and uncomfortable. The room was too hot. The food on the breakfast buffet, which was plentiful but not high quality, had been there far too long and the eggs were cold and congealed.

Being upgraded to a Club room. Good breakfast. Use of swimming pool. Helpful staff when we had a room issue sorted promptly.
Having a bath with shower over a walk in shower would have been better.
