Luckily, as they didn't have avaibility we've upgraded to a family room, which was large, clean and comfortable.
The car park is 8£ per night on site, which is pointless as there are free car parks on nearby streets. And far to the city centre.

The location was ok! It was nice that there was a bus station right outside and a quick walk to the train station. The room was bigger than expected, which was wonderful.
The toilet was very hard to flush and it didn’t always flush fully. The shower was also very finicky and sometimes wouldn’t get completely hot or have full water pressure.

I liked the rooms and the bathrooms. I liked the location,
I did not like that the Jacuzzi was closed. I did not like that. They didn’t clean our room when I asked for it to be cleaned. The mugs were not replaced. The teabags were not replenished, nor were the towels.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, nice staff. It's located in a quiet area, pretty close to the beach if you like to walk there in the morning.
A bit far from the city center, but there are a lot of buses to take to the center so it wasn't an issue for us.

The service provided by both the bar and reception was excellent, and I would particularly like to commend Payal. She offered outstanding service to my family and me, which significantly enhanced our trip. The location is convienient, 20 mins drive from the city and 14 mins walk to the beach.
The Family Room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was paticularly notiable, as it had a bath tub. A relaxing night after a long day of tour.
The family loved the spa and swimming, would recomend for family and excellent price for ehat we got.

Staff friendly. Check in was speedy.
The room was not very clean. The extractor in the bathroom was broken. The bathroom was dirty and there was mold in bath, walls and shower head was grim.
The windows were dirty and net curtains were covered in mold.
The room needed a good clean and carpets needed washing.

Close to a beautiful beach with good food. 24/7 reception. They call a taxi for u. Restaurant and bar. Daily breakfast. The bus stop that takes u straight to downtown is right in front of the hotel.

Edinburgh accommodation is expensive, but this is good value all things considered. A short walk to the beach, and a 5 min walk to the train station for a short journey into the centre. Staff were very friendly and I enjoyed access to the swimming pool in the adjoining leisure centre. The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast had plenty of options with haggis available. The room was spacious. If I had had time I would have used the gym and spa. Most of all the staff were present and friendly along with offering advice and help.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room were good.
The reconstituted Orange and Apple juices at breakfast were too watery.

Perfect location (close to the beach, just 1 train stop from the Edinburgh Castle), staff was very friendly, great to have a pool and sauna to relax in the afternoon.
Bistro is a great option for the dining
Not very modern, the place need refurbishment, but clean and tidy!
