I am Gluten Intolerant and I was ill after my first lunch so could not go down for our Dinner as still I'll and I tried again on my last evening and was ill again. Ingredients need to be checked better I'm afraid.

Location and near a bus stop
Smell of smoking in the room , shower extremely difficult to use and no instructions for shower. Lack of shower gel in dispenser was poor.

Very unhygienic rooms. We had a spider webs in our room.
Single rooms are very small and not worth the price.

The staff, room, mattress, plenty of extras. Breakfast outstanding for a 3 star hotel. Swimming pool, steam, and sauna added bonus! The manager is lovely. Shop on corner. Train turn left after college, straight through to city. Bus stop outside. Food in zest bar good. Also a bistro and separate breakfast room. Dogs get breakfast. Does not smell of dogs anywhere. Super clean. St Andrews award winning fish n chips in town. Lovely beachfront. Very diverse, international visitors, great!
Spa wasn't open, but they are in the process of refurbishment. However, gym classes, gym, pool, sauna steam, all available, and great for a 3 star hotel. Changing rooms super, hairdryers, lovely shower cubicles. Staff helpful. Towels provided. Would prefer parking included however understandable as public can book restaurant and pool. Quiet peaceful rooms.

Disappointed in charging for parking and breakfast £34 a day additionally to your room rate, previously parking and breakfast where included. It is now too expensive for me as a contractor. I will not use it in the future for any of my employees.
Parking charges and breakfast extortionate at £16.

Good location bathroom and bedding spotlessly clean.
Property now very tired and feeling worn out. Bathroom fittings showing their age and bedroom furniture a bit tatty. Public areas such as stairwells poor. Now introduced having to pay for parking even for overnight guests, just feels like new way to take money from guests.

Breakfast was terrible- not a lot of utensils so lots of cross contamination .messy serving area and food dried and of poor quality. Contenential selection very limited. At £16 a head u should be able to order things off a menu and should be made to ordet. Breakfast alone is enough to make me not stay again. Also cleanliness in the bedroom was not good. Undersheets had footprint marks and thete was thick dust on the skirting. Disappointed as we went to the bar on sat night (information in room says it shuts at midnight) we then got told to leave at 11 and there was several patrons still there. Also it said on information in room that the kitchen shuts at 9 and we went down at half 8 to be told that the kitchen was already shut and they gave us no recommendations as to where we could go locally- no info on room service either.also there was no bottles of water in the room. We also attended a function that day in the function suite several drink items were unavailable at that bar but where available at the main bar- no staff told us this and offered to get this for us very poor.
