We were really happy with every aspect of our stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Facilities were great too. Location was just what we wanted.

The shower was ok.
It was a waste of money. On my booking it was stated parking was free but when we got to the hotel they said it was £8. When I showed the receptionist my booking when leaving they did refund the £8.
The spa jacuzzi was not working at all. They said it had broken 10 mins before we arrived but this was not true.
Reception staff did not tell us to sign in to use the pool. As a result, a rude leisure centre staff member told us off and treated us like we just walked in off the street to use the pool.
The walls were thin and there was a row outside our room during the night.
The hotel is old and needs carpets replacing. It wasn’t very clean and the beds were not comfortable.
When we complained, we were told the manager would be in on Tuesday. That wasn’t very helpful as we would have left already on Sunday.
Very disappointing and I would never go to this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering to secure my baggage for me ahead of my check-in time. The hotel pool was nice and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. My room and bathroom were clean and fairly comfortable, though quite small. The hotel is situated a short walk from the closest bus stop into the city centre, as well as being walkable to the beach.
The walls must be thin as it was easy to hear other guests and a variety of noises, even in the middle of the night. The room had a noticeable odour of mothballs and the hotel itself seemed a bit musty, perhaps because of the age or all the carpet.

The pool. It was quiet and the room was a good size.
Hotel is very dated. The room was stifling with no air-con so didn't sleep too well. Breakfast room was tiny with too many tourists. Restaurant had a poor choice and was over priced for the quality. Awful coffee. Location is a long way out too.
