I stayed there the night before my wedding to get ready with my bridesmaids. It was such a lovely experience and made the night before my wedding feel even more special. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

Great location for Prestonpans (I went for the Scottish half marathon) and convenient 7 min train away into central Edinburgh too.
The room was great, very comfortable, the hotel is unassuming in the midst of a residential area but quiet and idyllic, with a nice sized pool and a hot tub to boot!
Wasn't clear that getting a massage would need a booking weeks in advance. The prices looked great too, so sad to miss out.

The staff is excellent—not at all rude like at other hotels, and always ready to help.
I really liked how clean everything was—having stayed in London hotels, I have a basis for comparison. I enjoyed the sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi; everything was spotless and didn't smell strongly of chlorine. All in all, it was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Everywhere was booked up in Edinburgh so this was the least expensive option, even if we had to pay over the odds to stay here. The hotel is a little tired. The rooms were comfortable and the staff pleasant.

This was a late booking and I was pleased to have locked it in.
The service was excellent, and the room extremely comfortable - and very much welcome after traveling from New Zealand.
The staff welcomed, and assisted with Ny questions I had.
In addition, the proximity to the bus stop made traveling to the centre very easy.
