Good breakfast. Nice location in that it was close to the train station, dining, shopping, etc. but still quiet at night.
We arrived early and needed to drop off our luggage. The lady at the front desk was on the phone (sounded like some kind of tech support) and barely acknowledged us. We waited at least 15 minutes literally standing three feet from her waiting to ask her about the luggage drop off. She should have called someone else to assist us or put the caller on hold. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive during our stay.

Room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Staff are EXCEPTIONAL—they offered to move us to a room on a lower floor because the number of stairs was difficult for me. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful.
I was unprepared for a climb of 4 flights to a very small room on uppermost floor. The staff moved us lower after first night.

Comfortable, clean, personnel is very nice, room was perfect and location is incredibly convenient.
There is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up and down a few flights of stairs

Clean, comfortable room. Good location, close to train station and city centre. Found a really nice local pub away from the crowds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice big bathroom with both bath and shower. Good choice of hot breakfasts.
On second floor so a lot of stairs to climb - no lift.
Street noise was constant so we used the fan provided to drown out the traffic during the night and slept ok.
Expensive considering the size of the room and hotel amenities.

There was an issue with the internet connection at the time our stay however rhey offer alternative option which was good.
