Clean, comfortable room. Good location, close to train station and city centre. Found a really nice local pub away from the crowds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice big bathroom with both bath and shower. Good choice of hot breakfasts.
On second floor so a lot of stairs to climb - no lift.
Street noise was constant so we used the fan provided to drown out the traffic during the night and slept ok.
Expensive considering the size of the room and hotel amenities.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, very clean and new. I would like to highlight especially people at the reception and housekeeping were very nice.
There was an issue with the internet connection at the time our stay however rhey offer alternative option which was good.

The location
The common clothes moth infestation. I booked just a couple of hours before I arrived. When I entered the room there was a common clothes moth next to the carpet suggesting an infestation. There were no other available rooms and I have not been granted a refund.

Good location. Nice room. Bathroom remodeled, modern and enormous. Staff friendly and helpful. Located in the New Town with very close walking distance to both Old and New Town attractions and the train station. Good breakfast. All in all, it was very pleasant.
One complaint.... Water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. Made showering an effort.
