EVERYTHING! The location was PERFECT! SO close to the bus station and a couple blocks to the train station. And we could easily walk to the Old Town for all the shops and restaurants. The staff were all so friendly and helpful too! Plus breakfast was delicious and plentiful and served quickly.

Nice clean room, larger than average and nicely decorated.
After the fire on the Princes street tram doesn't reach the hotel. One has to walk about 20 min from the last tram stop. It is 10 min walk from the bus stop.

We arrived early and needed to drop off our luggage. The lady at the front desk was on the phone (sounded like some kind of tech support) and barely acknowledged us. We waited at least 15 minutes literally standing three feet from her waiting to ask her about the luggage drop off. She should have called someone else to assist us or put the caller on hold. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive during our stay.
