Location was good. Sheets and towels were clean.
Bed was so uncomfortable and the bathroom was so small and has molds. We requested a fan prior to our arrival to which they responded that they will provide but never did because they didn’t have one. For the price I paid for this rental , it’s not worth it. They need to replace their carpets as well.

The walls was in need of paint, the pictures was awful, the bedside lamp would have been netter in the bin,The towels was the best bit of the whole experience.

Clean, comfortable place to stay with easy access into other parts of Edinburgh on the bus. Bus stop was right outside. Car park was available.
The pipes were noisy in the bedroom from other people's bathrooms, including in the middle of the night.

The location of the hotel from where you will get buses within 1 min. Walking distance to reach the city/ Tourist Spots. And the hotel environments also so silent and peaceful and feels like own Home.
But the hotel price is quite high but it is okay.

Room was absolutely freezing asked twice via the ring doorbell to have some heating put on but never happened. Definitely won’t be back. Only good thing was the location as it was close to the hospital

Friendly staff.
Rooms need a deeper clean, stains and marks all over the walls, bed, floor etc.
Whilst the designs were cute, the rooms are dated and need a rework.

I've never seen or spoke to a member of staff the whole time I was there. The bathroom in the room was very dirty. The shower was full of hair. Decor throughout the whole place is outdated and badly needing re doing.
