Room was amazing, met every expectation with a super comfortable bed, and amenities and facilities that were up to spec.
The room had a broken blind on the window but maintenance wedged it / fixed it within an hour.
There was nothing to dislike really.

The location and styling. An incredibly comfortable bed and very quiet.
Ironing board rubbish.
Breakfast over priced. Didn’t like having to pay upfront for breakfast. Weird background music for early morning.
Disappointed by the dinner menu- very expensive for what it was. Especially the wine options.

The location was perfect. It is right next to the train station though you need to know how to enter the hotel's underground. It is also next to tourist buses' terminal. You can't think of anything better. The room size is Ok. The hotel also has a swimming pool which is another bonus. The breakfast is good and according to the standards. The restaurant onsite is nice but there are many other places to eat around. The view from the room was impressive though we saw only buildings nearby. It was stunning!
We had a leak under the basin in our room. It took them two days to fix it ( that is to send someone to look at it). Given the price we paid for this hotel everything should have functioned impacably.

Location, staff, the rooms were clean and the bed super comfortable.
Some rooms face a back alley where the trash cans are located so the noise might disturb you.

Lovely place. Near the tour bus pick up and a big shopping center. Walkable to sights in the city. Historical sites all around.
Didn't have a hot tub. But the sauna and pool was nice.

My experience with you was very pleasant, especially the warm welcome, the friendly staff, and their quick and helpful responses.
I was disappointed with the room view, as it faced the courtyard instead of the city view I had requested, and although I mentioned this at reception, I was informed no city-view rooms were available.

Room was comfortable and clean. Big bathroom and shower. Close to attractions. Very nice breakfast, lots of choice and cooked well.
Rude female receptionist, got my back up straight away. Ruined the start of the weekend. Heard another customer complain about her the next day too!

Big comfortable bed. Close to centre. Very attentive and kind personnel. Free breakfast for a child. Great choice of tasty food. Blackout curtains. This hotel has everything what I expect from the accomodation where I feel content.
Their default bedding is filled with feathers which I found unusual and caused a bit of an issue since I am allergic. But it was replaced with antiallergic when I found out.

The location is very good. The rooms are of a good size and the beds are comfortable.
The hotel needs some refurbishment. There are moisture stains on bathroom walls, the carpet is damaged, the windows are dirty. During our breakfast there was a false fire alarm, so we had to get out of the hotel until the situation was solved. We couldn’t finish breakfast because of that as we had a tour bus to catch. The staff at breakfast could be more efficient. I don’t think mentoring new colleagues should be done in front of the guests during breakfast.
