What’s not to like about this property?
Location is great. Five minutes walk from the station, buses and trams closer by enabling you to get anywhere. The hotel is elegant and comfortable. The superior twin room is a good size, clean and comfortable with a fabulous bathroom with a separate bath and shower and lots of space.
The restaurant is great and food arrived hot, tasty and quickly. The chef kindly prepared a meal that my friend could eat that wasn’t exactly on the menu because of her dietary requirements. This hotel is great for people with mobility issues. The device for getting wheelchairs, walkers up steps is absolutely genius!
The jewel in the crown of this hotel though, is its staff….particularly the reception staff. David, Alice and Martin are diamonds. They were always ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It was much appreciated.

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant.
The spa area was nice but due to the layout it was quite noisy, especially when someone in the other changing room used their phone as a loudspeaker...perhaps a few signs reminding people that it's not their own private bathroom could be helpful!

The property was so amazing. Close to everything we ended up doing or seeing and just so great to come back to after along day of sight seeing! The receptionist was so helpful too!

The location is excellent
First night we had a very small room with view from windows obstructed by a fence and concrete. There were no slippers or bathrobes. After complaining at the reception, we were moved into a much better room, with city view.

Despite the hotel being busy (and it seems to attract bus loads) check-in was efficient and prompt. The bar is delightful and the dining facilities very good (we only had breakfast but it was great)

The lamps were partially working & not holding desired position. The fix - was pending. Also, I used the "Do not desturbed" sign.

Close to train station and Old Town. The room and bathroom were large and very quiet.
The restaurant food wasn’t very good, so we only ordered room service once.
The only plug next to the bed didn’t work so it was difficult to charge our phones.

Good location.
My room was not serviced at all during my stay, and room service food trays of other guests were left in hallways for long periods. It was unpleasant to walk past.
