The staff at reception are exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with anything to make stay better . Location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to bus station to meet our Rabbie's excursion tours and in an area with restaurants, shops, and sight-seeing opportunities.

Well located for the train station and city centre. A very nice welcome from reception. Although small it was nice to have a pool, sauna and steam room. The bar looked nice but I didn't use it.

Location. Staff were very pleasant.
Stuck on the worst floor, no windows, just a glazed-over box. Woken at 06:15 by a garbage removal crew that clattered on for 20 minutes. So much for sleep. For the nightly rate, we expected something a touch more refined. A real shame, as we arrived with high hopes.
