Great location for the hotel and not far from the station. Food was very good and enjoyed a swim every day
Our family room only had 1 narrow window overlooking a grubby courtyard so lights were on every time we went into the room. Car Parking is a challenge at the hotel.

Location was close to train station and all the areas we wanted to visit. Slightly out of the way, but just a ten minute walk to most sites. :) Hotel was VERY clean, and the staff was kind. Pool and breakfast were both very nice!
There were only plugs on the one side of the bed for phones/chargers, and there was no plug in the bathroom for the hair dryer. Additionally, the front desk rarely answered the phones due to being "too busy" or having a "very long queue". We never received the complimentary milk/cream we asked for that was suggested on one of their cards in the fridge.

The property was beautiful and so close to the train station. The staff were so friendly. They breakfast was amazing and affordable. The rooms were lovely and the air conditioning was lovely. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back

Room overlooked bin storage area. Dismal view and lots of early morning noise as the bins were collected.

Very good location, 2 mins to the station and a short walk to the Royal Mile. Hotel facilities good with excellent bar serving snacks and good main dining area. Front of house staff very helpful and friendly (Anastasia and Ilaria standing out).
Had a little bit of a problem with cleanliness of room. Much of what we thought should be cleaned and tidied (used glasses, unfolded towels etc) wasn't and the cleaning staff seemed to get defensive when challenged about this. Front of house staff did their best to undo the damage though.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Good shower and bedroom layout with dressing table and lots of plugs+charging points. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Twin room beds were very narrow and no view from our 2nd floor room.
