Great stay. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome on a personal level, excellent customer service! The facilities were great as well, the room was nice and clean. Really loved that the use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were included. The hotel itself is in a central location and everything is walking distance.

Lovely helpful friendly staff at hotel…great location just at the top of Princes Street..hop on hop off bus just across the road, so very handy for transport around the old town and the new town…

Great location. Friendly staff.
Amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, slippers, drinking water were given sparingly. Poor room cleaning. Little pieces of trash were still on the floor when we got back from a day out.

Our room was disabled friendly which wasn't requested. The twin beds reuested were only separated by the bedding so in very close proximity.

On the positive side, the bar staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and very professional. Sadly, their service was the only highlight in an otherwise underwhelming stay.
The reception manager was rude and dismissive when we queried the breakfast offer we’d been told about at check-in — a simple apology would have gone a long way. Our Master Suite also had issues: greasy smells from extractor fans, poor housekeeping (door left open, dirty fridge), and tired furnishings.

Amazing location, lovely breakfast. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful.
Shower door needs a seal to stop run off to the floor, windows could use a clean otherwise great.

Very close to the train station, and great location. Great facilities. Love the pool. The staff were brilliant. So polite and helpful.
