Location was excellent, we walked to all places and attractions. The room was huge, but it could use some refurbishment. Breakfast was nice, you could order also items a la carte. Staff was super polite and friendly. Overall I would come back ☺️

Wonderful hotel! The staff were welcoming and warm Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location, quiet but close to the Royal Mile Walkable to all attractions . Would definitely recommend, and would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was great, perfect to get to all Edinburgh attractions. And across the road from the start of the hop on hop off buses. Hotel was v clean, staff were all helpful and friendly.

The location was great, It was close to the train station,tram and bus stops. Food was good at their restaurant. Had a couple of minor problems in the room and were fixed by the time I came back that day.

Some surfaces were dusty and the shower water wasn't very hot and the shower drain wasn't draining properly
