Great location and easily accessible. The staff were helpful and the rooms were tidy.
The beds in our room were uncomfortable and one of them had a bedspring that was poking out. The shower drain was dirty and clogged.

Facing the ally way and the tub faucet kept dripping, through our stay. Advised house keeping first day, but nothing was done..made sleeping hard.

Centrally located, clean, excellent staff, accommodating, comfortable room and bed. Huge, soft towels, incredible bath tub, nice toiletries and relatively quiet although on the street.
Steps up to the elevator (not that many) and then more steps down from the elevator (on the 7th floor) to our room. Not a huge problem, just awkward and challenging with our luggage.

It was well kept and nicely located yo the train station.
There were no instructions for the heat in my room and it was frigid upon my arrival. Luckily, reception stepped up immediately to turn on the heat and bring down a secondary portable heater.

Room was spacious and location was excellent.
Staff was friendly and attentive, allowed us to keep our bags even after the check-out was done.
Price was too high for 1 night, considering it was not high season should be much better.

Too noisy! My son received wake up calls very early in the morning 2 mornings in a row that he didn’t request! Very frustrating! Female bartender was very rude

Air conditioning was not strong during a particularly hot August. Getting to the rooms in the old building requires some effort.
