location was handy
room flooded after water had been turned off to room
spent 40 minutes drying room at 9.30pm with maintenance man, whilst my small
children couldn’t go to bed. General manager came to speak with me and said there would be recognition of the indecent but there was no follow up until I asked. The contact was then very poor and i was appeared an inconvenience when i asked to escalate the incident the email correspondence went dead.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room had all the basics you need and the bed was decently comfortable.

Fantastic bathroom with a good sized bath and powerful shower. Great location , loved the bar. Super friendly staff.
There was hick-up with breakfast, which after a few attempts was sorted out. This was the weakest part, I thought.
