Convenient quiet location a few mins away from central Waverly station, Waverly Bridge (for the Airport shuttle) & Royal Mile. Indoor pool, steam/sauna rooms, spa & gym were a bonus. Friendly staff service. Our superior double-room (& bathroom) was really spacious & the well-sealed windows kept room largely quiet on the 8th floor.
Only one lift was operating, sofa in room was peeling off & the soft pillows didn’t give good neck support for our sleep.

Great location near cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist spots. A lovely spot to celebrate a special birthday. Would definitely recommend.

The staff and facilities were excellent. Location is very central .
Couch is room was all split leather and could be doing with being replaced . Otherwise everything else was clean and to a high standard .

The location is amazing, most major sights are within walking distance. The spa was a nice touch, and check-in was straightforward - the staff have been very kind, which was much appreciated.
For the price, breakfast could've been included. The rooms are good, nothing exceptional though - as long as it's clean, there's not much to complain about. The doors don't close quietly, though, one can try closing them gently, but they might still slam shut.

Hotel ideally located close to city centre (10 minute walk) and Waverly train station, Enterprise rental car pick-up, and hop-on-hop-off bus is on the same street. Calton Hill is just up the street.

Location is superb. Few minutes walk from the train station. Love the room they upgrade us. Receptionist is helpful and accomodating. Nice property to stay.
Only 1 lift working, when its busy you have to wait for few minutes as its 10 levels, staff uses it as well so its a bit of a wait. Room 1019 has a leak underneath the towel rack, guessing its from using the shower.
