Great location. Clean and comfortable hotel. Plenty of choices and relaxed atmosphere at breakfast. Friendly staff.
The window in our room wasn't easy to close. I was able to do it but it was fiddly.

We liked the size of the room and the bathroom was really nice.
Our room overlooked an alley and trash. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up and down 5 flights of steps anytime we arrived or left the building so that was annoying.

Really nice hotel such a good location near bus stops and trains for airport and was right in the middle for all tourist things. Staff were lovely and accommodating when we found an issue with our room they sorted it and moved us straight away. Would definitely stay again.
The windows are abit funny and hard to close once open, cleaners also only really come round early in morning so if we weren't up for it we needed to ask for some new towels etc. But they were sent up straight away.

Location
Room on the second floor at the rear of the hotel our room view was looking at the overflowing bins from the hotel. The hotel deliveries various transport and bin emptying began approximately 4.45am, the shower drain also needs looking at as the water doesn't drain away it's like showering in a bath. Had to request more Coffee and milk from reception as very little in the room

Location, food , great bar and restaurant . Lovely beds
One broken lift all weekend , annoying waiting all the time . Gents Toilet in restaurant had two cubicles where the doors were broken and won’t close.

Check in was smooth and staff was friendly.
Only one elevator was working and it was very crowded. I don't like the breakfast setup with only a flat price. I like to eat smaller amounts and therefore an a la carte menu works best .Also, there was no concierge to help with planning sightseeing ! The bed mattress was a little to firm!

The whole experience was excellent, from checking in to checking out. All the staff were really friendly & competent. The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent & in a really nice space. The bar area was nicely put together too & inviting. I'd definitely recommend & stay again.
Nothing, it was just what we wanted. The hotel really enhanced our stay.

The location was amazing, and the staff was nice.
They put us originally on the 4th floor the same day the rest of the family booked on the 10th floor. The problem was the 4th floor is very close to the neighboring bar and trash bins (which were picked up early morning). We requested to move because even if the windows were closed anything below the 7th floor from my experience was too close to outside noise. Also the next room we moved to have a backup in the shower, so they had to snake the drain....

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Waverly station. We discovered when leaving that there is an underground tunnel that connects the hotel to the train station and avoids the street congestion. This was very helpful when maneuvering luggage. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had all expected amenities. I had only one minor problem, and a staff member addressed it within a few minutes of my call to the front desk. We did not eat breakfast there. Highly recommend!

Room was a good size, a lot of hotels you fell squeezed; bathroom was excellent with great big bathtub; bed was comfortable; staff were helpful. Location could not be better, for station, for sights
