Nitesh on the reception desk was exceptional rude on all three occasions we dealt with him. All other staff were lovely but he really let your hotel down.

So near all shopping and train station. Rooms were well equipped, comfortable , beds comfy, bath AND shower so suited us both. Fridge and great selection of tea/coffee.

The staff at the hotel are lovely and very helpful. The room was very comfortable, with lovely shower gel and the cute addition of a little rubber duck to take home - a winner with my youngest daughter :-). It is perfectly located close to the train station and felt safe as a lone traveller. I did not have any breakfast but the bar and restaurant looked fantastic. Would recommend for work or pleasure.
There wasn't anything not to like. It was great value for money and had everything I needed to rest between a busy couple of days work.

Superior double room was spacious and well equipped, bed very comfy. Front desk staff were very helpful and efficient
Breakfast buffet was excellent but cooked breakfast was disappointing - lacked flavour and poached eggs were cold and watery

The breakfast. The location. The fact that they stored my luggage for the day.
Having left my luggage in the morning and having paid, when I returned in the evening, I was asked to pay again. When I explained, I was asked to pay for my breakfast, which I had also already paid and explained. Irksome. But worse: the room was cold and the heating/air con was not working. A staff member had to come up with an old-fashioned heater. Worse still: after a long day, and in a cold room, I was looking forward to a good shower; but the water was barely warm, let alone hot. All in all, very poor given the price.

Lovely hotel, very central. Staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful when I asked questions. Exceptionally comfortable and pillows, so much so that I ordered some from the manufacturer.
Would definitely stay again
