From the moment we arrived the staff were outstanding, helpful and made us feel valued. We didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it would have been great, we were offered discounted breakfast on arrival so maybe bear that in mind. We didn't use the Spa/pool facility but looked easily accessible. Also the basement lift stop comes right out by Waverley Train station which was excellent for our departure. The location really was fabulous, close to the train, quiet, and yet convenient to everything!

Great hotel and staff. The location was perfect and very central to all the landmarks. The breakfast was great and had a load of options to choose from. Equally the staff was very welcoming and accommodating - a great positive when travelling with an infant! They really looked after us.
Honestly nothing, if I’m being very picky maybe a barista to make the coffees.
