The location was excellent, close to the city centre and major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and welcoming, and overall the stay felt relaxing and well managed.

The room design and the beautiful furniture. This hotel is very luxurious and after a room upgrade because the pool I was so looking forward to was closed, I got a room that was just gorgeous! The staff were all very professional, kind and fast.
The pool was unexpectedly closed because a renovation lasted longer than expected and room was too hot. I could not seem to work the small control panel for the climate. But minor details for a near perfect stay.

property was clean and cozy. in a good location with lots of things to do nearby and transport options. staff were welcoming and attentive. very comfy and spacious rooms. nice view from hotel room. upgraded to receive birthday package and received a cake, banner, balloons & chocolates. lovely hotel, would definitely stay again.

Great central location, just a short walk from the station. The pool was lovely, with a great sauna and steam room. Breakfast was nice, the bar looked lovely but we did go.
I feel like there could be toilets in the actual changing room of the pool however, as there is just one located outside the pool.
