The hotel is in an ideal location for attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location, very friendly staff, rooms were very comfortable and clean.
My only complaint would be that I’d paid to add some balloons and banners to the room for my friends birthday and these were missed.

Room 209 is very noisy. Street level and a view of industrial waste bins, which were emptied at 6.30 am.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Very comfortable hotel. Room was clean and had a fridge with complimentary tea/coffee, water and biscuits. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food and was very good. Great location with many restaurants and pubs nearby.

Great selection for breakfast - both cooked and continental Location was very central - easy for the old town, castle, shopping, Edinburgh Playhouse, bus stop for city tours and train station Room was quiet for a city centre hotel - number 617 Luggage storage facility available as we arrived before our room was ready, and the receptionist Yitting, was superb upon arrival. Managers , please note this. Exceptional stay and would return.
