Great location, nice facilities - sauna, small but nice swimming pool, clean rooms - and amazing breakfast on top of it!
Really really minor: room TV does not have YouTube support, and it is impossible to cast it from my phone.

The location was excellent, close to the city centre and major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and welcoming, and overall the stay felt relaxing and well managed.

Our room on the 7th floor was amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for seeing the main attractions of the City.
we were initially booked into a basement room and moved up floors for views and more space...

The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed walking around and being close to the train station. The room was a decent size and the spa facilities were very nice.
The bed had a section where you could feel the springs, so not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement.

The staff’s service was excellent, and there is a kind female employee who speaks Arabic

Room was modern, clean, very comfortable. Hotel location is landmark central in the city of Edinburgh. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Early flight arrival from Canada but the Hotel's desk stored our luggage for us and we began touring the city first thing in the morning of arrival.
No complaints, Rates are expensive. (but very competitive in the local market for luxury accommodations)
