We had an issue with our tv not working - which isn’t a massive deal but it’s nice to chill on the bed and watch tv. The engineer came straight to sort it out for us and when he couldn’t we got switched to a different room asap. Very accommodating, would stay again.

We liked the room, the spa and the location. The staff on reception were excellent.

Facilities in the room - no full length mirror, dark poor lighting and poor resolution on the tv with no apps available (ie Netflix)
