The location was close to the center, very nice and attentive staff.
Given the price, one would expect a bit more stylish lobby/ reception desk and facilities.

Staff very pleasant, location ideal for tram stop. Breakfast was ok.
Bathroom was very shabby, shower cubicle inparticular was very grubby. Floor tiles in the shower were lifted and broken, the shower seals were filthy and the grout wasn't too great either.

The staff were very helpful and friendly
The bathroom was falling apart. The drain didn't work properly, don't think it was installed properly. The taps were falling off the wall. The sink was really low. The bath needed a step to get in and out of.
