The location.
The pool is rather misrepresented in the photos. Breakfast service was a little disjointed. As with many hotels, the toasters are terrible. You either get un-toasted or, if running the bread through twice, burnt toast! I wasn't a fan of the bacon, very salty. The rooms are rather tired and could use some TLC.

Location!! Food was good too.
Swimming pool area had a terrible smell, felt unclean. Stairs everywhere so not very friendly for people with walking difficulties.

Great location
Hotel is very tired, needs a revamp, plaster coming off around windows, curtains and netting stained and needs washing. There was water damage in bathroom, shower screen missing the seal at the bottom edge so water would pour onto floor very easily causing a flood/slip and fall hazard. The breakfast was very average compared to other hotels for far less price. Dining room floors need a good sweep and mop. Not worth the money. Carpets were stained and need vacuuming.
