Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Rooms were very comfortable with perfect beds. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. The private parking lot worked perfectly.

The view from our room was magnificent. We loved seeing the castle and city day and night. The balcony was a plus and everything is in walking distance. We appreciated the tub and the breakfast was well appointed. There was a concert at the castle one of the nights we were there so we got to listen while lounging in bed. We were worried about the noise (lots of restaurants and pubs down below) but closing the window/door and drapes drowned out the sound.
We happened to be there when the weather was warm and there was no air conditioning. Something to hold the balcony door open to get a breeze would have been nice.

Staff were accommodating and went above and beyond for you, nothing was too much the service was excellent.
The only thing I would say is I think some of the furniture could be replaced as the wardrobe didn’t shut and creaked.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the older gentlemen in the restaurant/breakfast room.

Location was excellent and breakfast was pretty good. Staff were also very courteous. Lots of places to get drinking water which isn’t always a given at hotels.
When we arrived there were hairs in the bath and sink. We requested this to be cleaned up at reception but our request was clearly forgotten. The price we paid for the room made this even more frustrating. There was also no AC which was somewhat surprising and pretty horrific considering the temperature when we visited.

All the staff were lovely and more than helpful.

Showers are over a high bath and it is actually dangerous climbing in and out for an older person

Fantastic location within walking distance of the castle, restaurants and shops. Ubers always arrived quickly with very friendly drivers. Hotel had a nice restaurant.

It was very spacious, clean and it had an amazing view of the castle that we didn’t expect.
It was very hot last night so air con wouldve been nice to have as the fan didnt help much.
