It was spacious, clean, and the view was exceptional of the castle
We only could avail of the family room, in areas of the room there were cracks in the bathroom, dirt and I found a flip flop under the bed which wasn’t ours! The mini fridge wasn’t full which I thought it would be! and for the price we paid we thought breakfast or some food would be included! I would like to mention the lovely staff in the restaurant for dinner there were very pleasant and very attentive! and the manager who I think it was gave us 20 per cent off as that was included in our booking! He was very nice! The food was very good there too! I would recommend!

Great location, clean rooms and very friendly & helpful staff
There was only one slight issue and that was the temperature in our room. We were unable to turn off the radiator but reception dealt with our issue as soon as they could.

The balcony with the view of the castle was incredible and being able to walk all over the city to everywhere we needed to go was so helpful. The extra treats of cookies, tea and coffee was appreciated as well as the "lounge" with access to treats and beverages.
can't think of anything; except initially not realizing that getting there from the train station was quite a workout up many hills and stairs, even though it was a relatively short distance. Next time we will use an uber to get there from the station when lugging many bags.
