Great location, helpful staff. Water dispensers are a great idea.
The swimming pool was nice but shower in changing room needs a refurb.
Had to fetch milk for the room, the bottom of which then stuck to the tea tray! Great idea for reducing plastic waste but need to re- think the detail.
Just little details that need more thought e.g. not enough hangars for towels at the swimming pool.

Nice big clean rooms.
Pool and sauna clean get key card from reception to gain access.
Friendly staff.
Personal preference but the bed was to hard for us.

Excellent location with a lovely view of the castle from our bedroom. A lovely big comfortable bedroom with a balcony.
The swimming pool was closed when we wanted to use it on Monday morning

The staff on reception were very hospitable. They were helpful and gave advice about the city, fantastic view of the castle as you exit the hotel front doors. Great pool and sauna with choice to purchase robes and poolside slippers. All top attractions within walking distance.
Our room wasn’t ready at point of check in, but another room was given as a priority with no fuss.

Great location. Spacious room with 2 double size beds. Quality bedding too.
The hot water was not very hot - couldn’t actually have a bath, and shower was just warm, not hot.
Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for the morning we would have used it, which was disappointing. Staff offered to get us a taxi to go to their sister hotel to use pool there.
