Great Location, within walking distance of all sites, Breakfast and dinner very nice.
small thing but, internet reception in Room and especially on TV in the evening wasn't great. Wasn't an issue when you are out exploring all day.

Everything in the room cracks and make noises at knight. Wooden floor didn’t stop cracking as people pass by my room. Couldn’t sleep

The room was very clean and the view of Edinburgh castle was beautiful. The pool, gym and sauna is a nice added extra. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as there are so many lovely places nearby. The hop on hop off bus stops just outside the hotel. Clean towels both days and restocked tea, coffee and biscuits. The room has a mini fridge, hairdryer, safe and ironing facilities. Staff were friendly and the hotel is nice.
The room was quite small for the price but the view made up for that. It has a balcony but you can't use it as the door is security locked. Parking is 20 pounds per night which we felt should be included in the price as you have to provide your registration so it's obvious you are a guest. We did as a few times for semi skimmed milk but it didn't arrive.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival they were aware that I was celebrating a special birthday so upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. Staff were great!

I stay here every time I visit Edinburgh, almost yearly and have always been very happy with the hotel. Clean, spacious and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast too. Perfect location and with a view of the castle, it really is a nice place to stay.
TV wasn’t working throughout our stay - offered to move rooms and complimentary breakfast. Happy with this.
