Loved the view of the castle! It was well worth it!
Parking was hard to find. But we managed ok. I’d say it was more our fault than anything else due to being new to driving on the left hand side.

Location
They gave us obstacled view room although we paid city view room and you dont see any of those rooms in the booking site of the hotel. After staying in that room 1 night we asked for a change because when we did checkin receptionist told us theyre fully booked and she told us with an attitude! The other day we asked for changing our room to and they gave us the room we actually paid for. But unfortunately room was not clean it looked clean but there was a unbearable smell. I dont know where was it coming from maybe from the carpet. Not worth the money we paid for.

Location
Sink is way too low. Getting out of the slippery tub is a hazard. No ramp at entry to roll luggage to check-in….location is on the side of the hotel…not obvious. Employees do not hold doors so they slam shut…doors are too loud when they close. Employees talk and laugh loudly at all hours…easily heard outside the door. One employee kept whistling to others. They need to keep quiet! Caters to large tour groups that take up breakfast area early am.

Getting in the tub/shower could be difficult as no grab bar and to step over the tub was higher than normal .

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was alright.
The bath was very slippery and the bathmat provided was dirty.
The access ramp was closed off when we arrived and there are 10+ stairs to the ground floor.
Didn’t have plug adapters or at least just usb adapters

This property was centrally located to our stops. Great view of the castle.
The hallways and rooms were very hot. Bathroom had a lot of cosmetic damage and water went every where while the shower was running. Shower drained slowly.
