The room was comfortable and location was great. I arrived in the afternoon 2pm the room was ready was able to walk over to edinburgh castle which was about a 10 min walk and take a tour before they closed and stopped to have dinner on the way back . Once I got back to the hotel all I wanted was to go to sleep and the beds are so comfortable had a great night sleep. I did check out pool next morning looked nice but unfortunately did not have time to enjoy it. The pub looked comfortable and nice

I loved the location and the breakfast was fantastic.
It seems quite a bit outdated. Looks like our room could’ve used fresh paint and some updated things. The beds were terribly hard. It also gets pretty warm in the rooms.

Fantastic location, staff were so helpful with everything .Lovely meal in restaurant and breakfast was lovely, great selection.

The hotel was so close to a lot of things. The Royal Mile is a quick walk away. The staff were friendly. The room was pretty spacious.
The bathroom had no ventilation so it would steam up quick and it’ll be surprisingly warm. It would be great if ventilation is added.
