Large spacious room with a lovely view. Good facilities in bathroom. Hotel in a good location for shops ,eateries etc.
The staff are very friendly and helpful
The pillows weren't particularly comfortable and the quilt on the bed quite thin.
No sure if there was radio facility on the TV but I was unable to find it.
The curtains in our room were coming off the rail at one end, I think this was due to them being heavy and being difficult to pull across, would benefit from being on a pulley system

Location, staff and the room with its services was incredible
The room would get too hot so it was difficult to sleep. The water in the shower needed to be hotter

Restaurant was poor, ordered a steak sandwich and it was serviced ice cold. Aswell as the steak being extremely rare. I found it to be non-edible. We were the only people in the restaurant. So this was frustrating.

Location was amazing. Easy access to everything. Staff very friendly, professional and accommodating. Did not have any meals at hotel restaurant, so unable to comment on that. But on street with many cafes, restaurants and shops. Comfy beds.

Toilets pressure is bad, bin is spoiled, no bedroom slippers and bathrobe. Lastly parking ground is bad and I had a nail on our tire

The perfect location for exploring the city! The bed was super comfortable. The television was amazing & had lots of channels including the use of Netflix & YouTube. We are already planning on staying here again when we come back. Edinburgh castle , vennel viewpoint & Victoria street are all just a couple of minutes away. Overall we absolutely loved our stay!
