Excellent stay in a perfect central location
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The location is excellent — right in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made our stay very convenient.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with good sound insulation. The bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. The hotel is well maintained and has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere.
The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool, which was clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable. It was a great place to relax after a day in the city.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, well presented and regularly replenished.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money, great service, an unbeatable central location, and excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

The location and the hotel was amazing. Rooms are big and comfortable. Had everything you need. The staff is very helpful and nice. There is a mini store 50 mts from hotel and lot of cafe shops around. There is a sauna & indoor pool in the hotel.

It was ideally located as all the best parts of the city were so easy to access and the view of the castle was spectacular. It was also clean and super comfortable.
We arrived in the rain after a loooong transatlantic flight and had to wait a little while for room to be ready. Sitting in the lobby made the trip feel epic and my daughter passed out from fatigue. Jet lag delays aside, we had an amazing time and will go back.

Clean lovely area
A lot of walking to get to hotel as mobility problems , didn’t realise so many steps or would have caught a taxi. However the view of the castle from the bedroom made it all worth while
